Went in to buy a switch and left empty handed. Probably would have $500 +…The only employee there was rude and clearly didn’t want to answer our questions. We left went to Best Buy and got a Switch 2 lucky enough! I typically have a great experience at GameStop which is why we went in.
The store was very cluttered too with merchandise everywhere. Not your typical GameStop store.

Worst GameStop I’ve ever been to or called. Keagan is the rudest person and don’t know why GS hired him. He has no customer service skills and talks down to everyone he speaks to. I’ll go elsewhere.

Saw an employee take bundles of Pokemon cards to the back for himself, and when they were “sold out,” I asked if they had any in the back. All they replied with was “whatever is in the back is none of your business” and was by far one of the rudest experience I’ve had when they’re clearly and shamelessly hoarding stock from the customer.

1 bad employee ruins this location. Seen multiple public freak outs, yelled at a FedEx driver, returned my pickup order an hour before I got there to pick it up (had 2 days left to pickup) and just generally rude to customers. I even received an apology and $50 credit from GameStop headquarters because of this employees behavior. Haven’t been back in months and I only purchase online now.

The people who work here are absolutely amazing! Went in the other nite and the lady had been robbed and store was blocked off her first concern was the customers and getting everything safe first and foremost this lady need a raise!!!

I've already had bad experience with Keegan's behavior before. But this is one of the few video game stores near me. Yesterday as I was walking in, Keegan was bragging about how he gets first dibs of anything good that gets traded in to the store, and that 90% of his personal collection is stuff traded into the store. I think that's totally okay for him to do, but I can just imagine a guy like Keegan would totally "hide" the good stuff, until he has the extra cash to buy it himself. It just my speculation, but Keegan is so rude and condescending almost immediately upon meeting him. He said "Do you people have nothing better to do on a Thursday than come here?" ummmmm its my day off, I worked 6 days this week, and wanted to spend my money here.
BUT the weekend before, April 14th i think, two guys I've never seen before were working at this Gamestop, and both of those guys were SUPERRRR helpful, personable, informative, and just chill in general. Thank you to those two dudes and I hope those two have a wonderful life. lol

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
I stopped in about 10 days ago to buy a Wii U game. Just tried to play it and we get the “invalid disc” message. I called to ask if it can be returned/exchanged since we bought it broken and just tried to play it. They said “no our return policy is 7 days”. Well I guess I’ll cut my losses, wasted my money on a broken game, and know to never buy another game from GameStop. What a waste of money and horrible company. Who sells damaged discs that aren’t even tested or playable? Save your money.

Visited Game Stop today with my son to check out some Pokemon cards. The employee who helped us, Keegan, was incredibly knowledgeable about Pokemon and Nintendo games, as well as engaging and helpful. He even gave the small promo we earned directly to my kid and made him feel special during our entire time in the store! Thank you GameStop and Keegan for the great experience!

Came in today because my son got a gift card for his birthday. I had planned on renewing my GameStop pro too. The guy, Keegan I think, was totally off putting. I decided I wasn’t going to do that with him. If you don’t like kids and don’t like alphabetizing maybe it’s time to find something different or possibly back to his Reddit or 4Chan moderation.

I'm reading some of the recent reviews and it looks like maybe GameStop listened and hired a new manager cause the lady who was managing, Christy, did an exceptional job at the front. She was having to help multiple people at the same time and acknowledged us all. She was super sweet with my son and helped him with pricing and options with the Pokémon packs. He left feeling like he'd really scored on his purchase. Great job :)
