I wanted to order around $1500 to $2400 in 3 fixtures……..NO ONE BEHIND THE COUNTER OR “BLUE DOOR” care.
2 locations in 1 hour, same treatment.

Why do you have numbers listed for individual shops if I'm going to get a central call center? Aside from the INSANELY HIGH prices, this is why I avoid Ferguson.

Absolute top notch service, helped me with my long list of items and then also assisted with the return for whatever was left over. Mason did an exceptional job and stayed longer than he was supposed to to help finish everything I needed! Highly recommended!

Excellent costumer services when puchasing, awful when a warraty issue occurs. We purchased a Chicago commercial heavy duty faucet from them and it broke whitin two years, Chicago company told us that this is considered a warrantied and that Ferguson would help, however they only answer was, ohhh it's too old, we don't exchange it, when the manufacturer cofirmed that their warranty is more than that.

I don’t normally write reviews but I was so impressed with how I was treated that I felt compelled to leave this review. Last week I visited Ferguson at the recommendation of my plumber, and the manager Kevin Mecklem, was so helpful and went above and beyond in getting me the correct parts for an emergency repair I needed to do and that was huge right before the holidays. The entire will call counter was very professional and I can’t thank Kevin enough for his help and expertise. Will be back and recommend to friends and family!

Dropped in today on a bustling Monday and his place is GREAT! I’m a woman acting as my own general contractor on my remodel. I couldn’t find a plumber to even bid on the job, so I’m doing it myself. I am pretty savvy about building, but I’m not a plumber.

Horrible customer service. After selling me the wrong product would not give me a refund without the receipt 4 days later. I went back and saw the salesman who helped me initially and he refused to help. The was on s credit card and would have been easy to remedy. I won't return.
