Shipped work equipment back bought packaging from FedEx because it was to high taped up boxes and was told when it arrived items was missing like apple mouse and other apple items

I needed 1 sheet printed on card stock. This option is not available on the self serve machines, so it needs to be done behind the counter.
Anything done behind the counter has an $8 service fee added.
$8 extra fee for 1 printed sheet.
The employee was very polite.

KYLE... You... You hold someone's package because you think the box is unacceptable. I believe it's time for a class action civil lawsuit with your name as the main offender.
You claim retail package is unacceptable per YOUR policy, NOT FEDEX. FED EX said you are in the wrong and need to put in a requisition to make an exception to FED EX policy. This location is suffering due to the horrible customer service the other employees are forced to provide. The FedEx Office location near our business is truly exceptional! I often have the pleasure of working with Kyle, the Store Manager, or Mary, the Assistant Manager, and I am consistently impressed with their dedication and professionalism. Whether it's Kyle, Mary, or any other team member, I always receive outstanding service.
This team is incredibly responsive, turning around projects quickly and efficiently while maintaining a friendly and approachable attitude. They make the process easy and stress-free, which is invaluable to us. Their reliability and commitment to quality make them trusted partners in helping us deliver our projects to our clients on time.
I can't express enough how much I appreciate the entire team at this FedEx Office location. They consistently go above and beyond, and I highly recommend them for any printing or project needs!

Need to figure out how to do there job. Box wasn’t right so I have to pay 18 for a different one. Go to a different store and oh that box is fine. These people are scammers

Assist manager opened my box and wouldn't mail it even though I put it in the same wrap it was sent in. Everything was properly wrapped in bubble wrap like it came. Terrible customer service

Kyle, Mary and the whole team at this FedEx are amazing! I own a few small businesses and frequent this FedEx for several print orders! They have outstanding customer service and my orders are always completed accurately and super timely! Will never go anywhere else for any shipping/printing needs!

I was doing a return, and I don't know why they needed to open my package to see what was inside when I already told them what was in there. And then they said that I had to buy their shipping box. They didn't even pack it in front of me. This is the worst experience I have ever had compared to UPS or USPS.

My experience at this FedEx location was disappointing. I visited to ship a package and do a drop-off for a Starlink cable, but encountered unnecessary hassle. The representative refused to accept the Starlink package, insisting it needed to be in a separate box, despite it being in perfect condition with the original logo box. This is contrary to my experiences at other FedEx locations, where such issues have never arisen and they’ve taken my Starlink packages with prepaid shipment label from Starlink, that FedEx happened to ship to me in the same box. It's frustrating to encounter inconsistency in service quality within the same company.

Went to print regular 8.5x11 documents. Instead, it printed 11x17. The printer default was set to 11x17 when the printing icon came up. It never gave me a selection of paper sizes. When asked for help and / or a refund, I was told I have to add more credit into the printer to proceed. I was never given the option to select my document size, and I was refused a refund for the paper issue. The printer was preset to 11x17 to start with.

Kyle and team are great! I have been working with kyle for years he makes me feel like family. He maintains great email communication with me monthly. When i come in i feel like i am coming to work with a friend not just Fedex thank you kyle and team. Really really excellent location
