“Dr. Kamen is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had no joke. She answered every single one of my questions that I had and really took time to understand my problems. So much of the tests I wanted to do in the past were never done because my doctors simply just didn’t want to do it or said that this test doesn’t exist when it did. Dr. Kamen actually recommended these tests without me having to ask. Like a candida test which I wanted to do for a while now. I feel like I’m going onto the right step of figuring out my stomach problems and the root cause.”

“Incredibly easy to schedule a same-day or next-day appointment online. Providers are invariably efficient and helpful. They often have the medications they prescribe on hand, sparing a trip to the pharmacy. Over the years I've gotten everything from chest x-rays to physical therapy referrals from ZoomCare, and I have yet to have a bad experience.”

“I'm from out of state, and had an urgent dermatological health concern that needed to be addressed. I tried calling several clinics but their earliest appointments were 3-5 months away. Zoom was able to see much sooner so I made an appt online. And, even better, I personally went into a clinic and asked if there was a waiting list...sure enough there is!! A few days later a spot opened up . . .I was so grateful!!Plus, the health professional I saw, Erin Hagen, in Dermatology, was exceptional. She was very familiar w/ my condition (where most Dr.'s arent) and she treated me like a fellow human being, not a number. She was patient, understanding & very attentive. A true professional & wonderful person.”

The staff was kind and efficient. The NP that saw her was very kind and thorough. She took time asking questions and examining my her. She also sent over prescription to the pharmacy right away. We love this clinic.”

I specifically want to give Sarah a shout-out for making me feel truly cared for this morning after getting my covid results back. She was so kind and helpful and really made my whole day. She also helped me immediately for my asthma since my methods weren't working. I was given a new type of inhaler which she said made all the difference for her when she was sick. She also made me feel like she truly cared when she told me to message the portal to let her know I was okay later. It's people like her who deserve a raise, or at the very least some recognition. “I've been going here for years, and I really trust and like the level or care, professionalism and concern they give to patients. While I won't say who my physician is or comment on my own specific health, I can say I feel in good hands. Appointments can be a little sparse, but I take that as a good sign that a family practice is in high-demand. But, I will say, if I've had an emergency (non-ER), they've been able to accommodate me, always. While may seem like a negative, some years back, I had what I would call a disagreement about how one of the medical assistants operated and communicated, and raised that concern. The practice admin (they are crazy busy), took the time to call me personally, and talk at length about my experience, and I left confident. Wow, now that's a practice that cares both about outcomes and you as a person. Going to the doctor can be a stressful time. I will be coming back for as long as my insurance will allow. Thank you!”
