I will not return to EHAC due to unprofessional, body shaming comments and hostile behavior on the part of a technician that was supported by the veterinarian.Success in health for people and animals does not come with ridicule, but with a plan, encouragement and a reward system, NOT body shaming.

Have been coming here for years with all our fur babies past and present. Dr McNabb has been the best for us. Very calming and understanding and has a genuine interest in our pets and their health.

Can get an appointment quickly, reasonable cost. Dr. Todd clear, concise with issues, lays out options. Great with our animals.

The doctor didn’t have much of a bedside manner, suggested training when she has no idea what’s gone on with the dog and that his behaviors have completely changed since he started having seizures recently. They also are incapable of emailing invoices and records to you to keep track of your dog’s complicated health records, as they don’t have a scanner in office. You’d think with what they charge they could at least buy a scanner. Dirty exam room was filled with multiple other pets hairs, I saw many colors and textures on the floor. They also had my name spelled incorrectly on all of the records so I’m not sure if my insurance will even reimburse. The tech was nice though. The front desk spent 10 minutes on the phone having a personal conversation while I waited for her to ask the vet to finish writing her records. Might be a good place if you have a well behaved, non complex animal and you don’t need records for reimbursement from insurance and you don’t mind a dirty exam room.

They’ve lost my appointments TWO times. Almost always forget to call you with reminders (even though they promise they will). Not flexible with schedule or adding one small procedure to existing appointment. Sucks

Overpriced and front desk staff are not friendly or knowledgeable. I gave this place many opportunities. Will not be back.

Took a couple weeks to get a new patient appt, but was seen at my 3:30pm appt time, techs were very thorough, and the Dr. was professional. Made an appt for my other pet a week later.

This past year my dog was diagnosed with cancer, and we came here to see about medication to help with side effect she was having from chemo per her oncologists request. I’ll start off with saying that my dog is terminal at this point. This was our first visit here, and while the front office staff were incredibly kind, the tech and doctor offered vaccines, microchipping, and quite frankly didn’t read any of the paperwork regarding my dogs health and diagnosis. Both were surprised when I told them she had cancer and the reason for the visit. I can understand needing a history if it’s not all there, but to not read any of the file and have an owner reiterate a traumatic year is unkind. I was also shocked at the price of their medications, and felt the doctor was offended when I requested to get them from an online pharmacy instead.

Little hole in the wall animal clinic, dr here took great care of my two kittens, was extremely professional in every aspect. If little Nyla didn't move to Tigard she would still be going here. Tybalt is still in the area and will be here again soon! One tidbit thing, I just noticed a lot of dog stuff, it wouldn't hurt to throw a cat picture up or two to let people know your the best with them too!

We have had our 2 boxer/poodle puppies their since b4 they were born... and took our adult F Alaskan Malamute to get checked out for a limp. Dr. McNabb chkd her out and figured out she tore her ACL... and ordered some anti inflammatory for her... and told us what it would take to fix it... but as she's already nearly a senior... we cant afford to spend that kind of $... He DIDN'T order a bunch of tests... or Xrays... to push the bill up. We got her a Rabies shot she was due for... and the bill was TOTALLY REASONABLE!W/the pups... we took them in for their shots... for just a "Tech" appt... which means they didnt need to see the Dr. We paid for the SHOTS. THIS VET is AWESOME! I know several other people who use them and they AGREE!
