After having searched 6 stores for a particular item, I found it here! And the gentleman who was cashier found a way to give me a discount! And I got a membership card that will ensure further discounts in the future!!!

What is going on there??? I sat on hold for 45 min. The person answering phones has no idea.. hangs up on me instead of placing me back on hold. Beyond broken. This is what I'm forced to use?

This pharmacy is near my work, so I switched here to fill my prescriptions. At first, things were fine, but the last few times I've been in, I've run into them: - Losing one of my prescriptions, forcing me to come back another time after they found it (and not really looking for it with any sense of urgency) - Trying to tell me one refill wasn't covered by my insurance even though I'd filled the *exact same prescription* at this same pharmacy within the same year with no changes to my insurance - mysteriously, after I told them that, it somehow *was* covered at the normal price instead of the hundreds of dollars they were trying to quote me - Rude employees, including the one today who snapped at me and another customer waiting. I don't have a lot of patience for that anyway, let alone when I'm sick (and wouldn't have even been at the pharmacy if the prescription I was picking up wasn't such a pain to get filled) All of those have happened within the last few months, and I'm done putting up with their incompetence and attitude issues - I'll be switching to a different pharmacy ASAP.

This is one of the preferred pharmacy with my Medicare plan. I am not going to continue going here. Today I went in to get a prescription and the gal was not helpful at all. In fact, she did not know anything. Useless. She even told me that she only works behind the pharmacy counter and knows nothing about what is on the shelves in the pharmacy section. This gal, and others, just ring you up and do not give you any info on what you are picking up. I might not want all of the prescriptions. Money ya know. Then she gives you the sack and never gets the pharmacist. No customer service. People doing the least possible. I am done with Target and I am leaving CVS behind in the dust. They suck.

No one answers the phone and staff is rude. One of the worst customer service interactions I’ve experienced. I immediately transferred everything to Walmart Pharmacy and won’t be returning.

Have patience they are always out of stock of your med and you wait an hour for them to tell you that. Understaffed and not sorry

I switched to a nearby CVS (in Sellwood) but just had a refill go in at the Happy Valley store in Target which is a long drive so I called to ask them to switch the prescription to the Sellwood store. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes I was cut off so I tried again. After 10 minutes someone answered and I explained what I wanted. She said couldn't transfer the Rx to Sellwood and I'd have to call them. She said she'd put the Rx on hold. I told her that I have never been able to get through to Sellwood CVS on the phone and she said I had no other choice but to go there in person and then I'd have to wait for them to refill the Rx. I told her that this was inconvenient but she rudely said this was what I had to do. I am sure there was a way she could have contacted the other pharmacy so the Rx would be filled and I wouldn't have to wait for it when I got there.

I want to know who has the time to be on hold for over 45 minutes, I finally hung up again! I have tried to call them with questions about a prescription I have with them several times over the last week and I have yet to reach a person and I don't have time to be on hold for so long! Very frustrating!!!
