This place should be called "Clown" jewelers!He wants 2+ months to work on Rolex when You can just go across the street to"Joseph K jewelers" and get it done by a certified Rolex watchmaker in less than 1, most likely 2 weeks. ?

called them and asked if they could resize the watch I had and told them what it was. I got there and the watch maker refused to even try. wasted my whole day

Professional, warm, no-pressure services. Felt like what you'd expect from a "mom and pop" shop. Really good prices. I took a ring in to get a diamond set. Appreciated how they answered my questions and I saw them doing the same for other customers while I was there. Way different than some big brick and mortar stores.

Brought in a little 18k chain for repair, and I got back something else that isn't 18k but says 14k. Plus, the Damn thing broke itself.

Great experience working with Tyler! Called last minute to replace a watch battery before a trip and he was able to accommodate our short timeline. Very quick, great communication and the price was great! Will go there for any other watch needs for sure!

I went to Crown Jewelers a few weeks ago to see if the clasp on my watch could be fixed. They were friendly and professional and best of all fixed it while I waited for no charge. I definitely will return if buying a watch or jewelry or needing a repair. Great service.

I went off of another person's review. Never sure what to expect from this industry, but I left feeling like my jewelry would have the best quality repair. When I returned (they were spot on about their estimated time frame) I was very impressed. My earrings had lost prongs and the jewels needed resetting. Another prongs displayed an issue as they were working on them. They replaced that at no additional charge. I had left these laying around broken for years. Now I wish I would have known about these guys sooner. I also felt the price was reasonable, not cheap but not outrageous either. I would definitely recommend.
