I don't ask for much, but today I went to Costco and y'all stopped making Poppy Seed Muffins, wtf!? Whack! Whoever made that call should be let go.

I think they need to hire more intelligent people. I had a few items in basket, All barcodes up but these two checkers unloaded the cart then scanned then put back in cart. Not only did this delay the process it added unnecessary handlimg. Costco is a 2% efficiency. It sickens me they are so slow.

The parking at Costco Clackamas is a nightmare, no matter what time of day you visit. It would be great if they could introduce a better system for managing the chaos. Something like an electronic reader board showing available spots or an AI-driven app that guides you to open spaces and provides estimated wait times. An app could even notify customers of the best times to visit when the parking lot is less crowded. A more efficient parking system, maybe something like a Carvana-style conveyor belt, could really help control traffic flow and make the shopping experience less frustrating. On a positive note, I did manage to pick up a delicious Pad Thai dish that was perfect for dinner with the kids. And the Kirkland seltzer water is always a steal--I make sure to stock up on it every time I visit!

I moved over to the East Side from the West Side of Portland a year or so ago, and I have had serious security problems at my home on both sides. I cant count how many times my houses have been robbed. Thinking that at least the Milwaukie Costco is a safe place to shop, I have used it several times. The last 2 times I was there, my car has been robbed during the daylight hours. This time, I figured I was safe, but they grabbed $20 of cooked ribs out of the back of my car as I was pulling away from my parking spot. Last time, they nabbed an expensive cell phone. There appears to be a whole swath of younger people who believe thievery is some kind of fun sport. Thieves have invaded my houses innumerable times. Portland has a serious crime problem, and it is only getting worse. I'm tired of being robbed, but it is evidently a way of life in this town. The pettiness of the thievery is especially appalling, and this beautiful city is getting very ugly to people like me, in fact, its down right disgusting.

I was today years old when I realized there was a Costco on SE 84th! In my defense, I typically go to the one in Tigard because it's smaller and easier to navigate, plus I live in the west side. But today after a marathon of appointments around SE 82nd, I wanted to pick up a roasted chicken for dinner. Plus, Rao's marinara sauce was on sale, two 28oz jars for $8.99, usually 12.99. I did a search and there it was, right in SE 84th behind Clackamas Square, hiding in plain sight! On my way to get the chicken, I picked up a beautiful, modern pot shaped like a half moon. It came in black or white and inside are two bromeliads, I chose the yellow bromeliads in a black planter. Three years ago I bought the white version annd absolutely love it. Every Single time I go to Costco, I walk past the plants hoping they will have it again. Today was the day. This is your typical Costco, all the norms plus a Costco gas in the parking lot. The one thing I did notice as unique, is their food court area has an inside and an outside seating. The outside seating is under a roof with open sides. If you are going to eat at Costco, then the outdoor patio is the way to go. Glad I found this location, and since I am frequently out this way, I know I can always make a quick Costco run.

In regards to the tire center I rate them 5 STARS. My car was ready 1 hour 15 minutes after drop off. The check in process was simple as was the whole experience. We usually use Discount Tire but saved $80 using Costco for the same tires. In regards to the store itself I give it a 3.5. The store is not always as clean as you would like a grocery store to be. We've purchased multiple items in the last year that were spoiled or moldy. We actually have stopped buying the kirkland bacon 4 packs due to multiple spoiled packages over the last 6 months. Moldy produce as well. We enjoy the rotisserie chicken but we won't eat it anymore after watching a customer walk up and return the chicken they had to the warmer and grab another. Overheard them telling the person they were with they wanted a fresh one because this one sat in their cart to long. The employees working behind the counter didn't pull that chicken out of the display case and they watched the same thing I did. Who knows if that customer did something to that chicken... There needs to be better oversight with stuff like that.

We are a loyal Costco loving family of four and love the products and the prices. We will say we've been disappointed by the customer service lately. Everyone seems on edge and burnt out. The last three Costco visits, we seen multiple employees roll their eyes at customers and one gentleman very rudely decline to assist an elderly woman put something simple in her trunk. We want to give this Costco 5 stars, but the service is lackluster at best

It has been a time since I shopped at this Costco. My word... Most Costco parking lots are a mess but this was exceptionally so. Because their food service has the whole front of the store, people and their carts take up the sidewalk space and cars try to navigate around. There are no available parking spots for ADA so I got to walk across the already pretty dangerous parking lot where people drive hyper aggressive and angry they cannot find parking or going crazy to try to get into a parking spot. Many of the items listed for online ordering are not actually available in the store. I am mobility challenged but I do appreciate getting some steps in...however.... Several different employees sent me on ridiculously incorrect walks to items which were right where I was at that I found on my own. I got used to other stores where the people stocking things new the locations of other items and if they did not they would find out.

Great place! Have a hot dog & go Christmas shopping! But I must admit, this time of the year it's too cold to sit outside & eat!

Still Costco. Still great. They have been stricter lately on members having to pay for the guests they bring.

Specific to Clackamas Costco tire center. I needed to have tire aired up. Told they couldn't do it current day and I could drop by and wait to see if they could do it the next day. Absolutely not the service I expected. Also needed to make an appointment for tire rotation. First appointment was 2 weeks later. Not the service I expected or promoted by Costco. Called AAA to come air tire up. Next tires won't come from Costco.
