Costco provides no service beyond selling you tires. My tires are leaking air and can’t get them replaced even though they are under warranty. Tried calling but no one in clackamas knows how to answer a phone.

Made it an appointment for 3 pm, it took 2 hrs for them to put new tires on. Like what's the point of an appointment then? Can't they schedule things so that they're not making people wait that long?

The guy who works at the front desk is slower than a snail and looks very confused. How in the world somebody like that is assigned out front, by himself? Management doesn't do a very good job.
