I know they are getting bad reviews but my experience was actually pretty good. Friendly services at the service counter and the technicians I spoke with were pretty helpful as well. I would not give them 5 stars but I think they deserve 4 stars based on the services I received from them.

Great store and employees, but the parking lot is awful. Don't even try in a weekend, but even during the week it can be very difficult to find a parking space.
