People are friendly, good customer service. Except the fact that the few minutes wait time was actually 2 hours. Oh and the doctor had to re-send the scripts even though we had verified days ago that they went through. People were nice though.

Takes an hour to make a pizza, what?! We waited an hour for a pizza, this is ridiculous. Service people were annoying, the people in the back were so slow, are they sleeping? My experience was not good here, takes an hour for a pizza. Not my usual Costco I go to, but it shouldn't take this long. The Costco I usually go to takes 5 minutes, boom it's out. Ridiculous.. AND THE CHICKEN BAKE WAS BURNT!! So much bad service, food, etc. we waited an hour for this stupidity.

Helpful and kind staff, every time I come to pick up a prescription new or regular the staff is always quick to prep and inform me how to use it properly.Unfortunately there are long wait times occasionally, but I always chalk that up to the pandemic. With less staff and more sick patients it would make sense that lines are long.Also for everyone blaming the pharmacy for missing medications and such, please understand that there are medication shortages as well as orders for medications that will not be picked up asap by the patient. Pharmacies also get orders from medical providers that are sent in in advance for the patient to pick up at a later date, this causes even more time needed to prep orders as they have so much.Thank you for taking your time to read my review! And for everyone working in healthcare and other essential work during the pandemic, I am grateful for your dedication to help others!

What not to like about this Costco location. It seems more laid back then the Tigard location. Today was not so busy...I went looking for some potential Valentines goodies and found a few even though it's close to a month away. Got to grab them before they are gone! Seems like anything that is great is sold out before the holiday. They had some Godiva chocolate hearts, Lindt Lindor matcha truffles and some strawberry and yogurt pretzels. Yum! I have a pretzel weakness. Happy I found some items. I love Costco it is ever changing and they have great customer service.

Costco is life. Get a hot dog. Get some samples. Shop for food, electronics, wine, houseware, you name it. There's an optical center. Pharmacy. Tire center. I could go on. It's nice to have one in range of Happy Valley

The reason for the 1 star is the insanely long wait time. The vaccination staff is always great, the rest of the staff seems overworked and under appreciated. Costco can do better than this.

My “appointment” for flu shot and booster was nearly an hour ago and I’m still waiting. Not sure why one would even make an appointment if they have to wait over an hour?
