I went here for a currency exchange, a service which they claim they offer. However, I do not have an account with Chase. When I said I'd be willing to open an account the girl at the counter said they were too busy... there was only one other customer in the bank. What a waste of time, what a joke!

If there is a Zero i would. I have been a Chase client for decades...it was still Washington Mutual before. I dont need much from this bank. No interest on my checking but im still a client. All i requested was a newer dollar bills for my trip abroad ( fyi abroad has higher dollar currency if newer, no tear , no marks) . The teller told. E if i could wait for the Senior teller? Or cashier? Or manager? -not sure about the designation. The teller told me he has more access to it. I waited for 5 mins ,he was with a client. Then he attended to me like annoyed and he did not even try to see if he has newer bills. Like i waited for 5 mins and this guy would just tell me - no new bills , without even looking in the vault or his teller counter. He is A male -asian, did not get his name. In contrast to Chase in 82nd Fredmeyer. The lady Manager/ Cashier was so attentive the moment i walked in. Asked me what i need. Told me to fill up deposit slip and she will find me newer bills at her vault. Like Wow! Awesome customer service 82nd Chase.

Horrible customer service. We have several accounta and mortgage with Chase. I came in to get something notarized, was told they were busy (I was greeted as walking in and 1 customer was at the counter, multiple employees looked free). I was told to try a different day or go to the Post office, Fed EX, UPS. He was exteremly dismissive and oushed me off while walking away. I ended up going to one of my Credit Unions who quickly took care if it.

I have been a Chase Visa cardholder for a long time and, for the very first time, I need them to support me and I have gotten the run around with no help. It's a very long story, but the bottom line is that I purchased 2 tickets from Ticketmaster for a concert in Washington. Before I received the tickets I clicked into the concert venue's website and discovered that they do not accept tickets from a 3rd party, specifically, Ticketmaster. They consider these tickets as "fraud". I immediately notified Chase as to this fraudulent behavior and they temporarily credited my account for the price of these tickets, almost $400. Unfortunately, they reversed the credit promptly, and sent me a letter stating that they were able to confirm that these tickets were valid. On April 15, I went to the concert and was told again that these tickets were fraudulent and I had to purchase 2 more tickets from the venue. Ultimately, the Manager of the entertainment division of the venue wrote me a very strong letter officially stating that their venue did not accept these tickets and that they were fraud. I resubmitted all this evidential information to Chase, once again, in 3 different ways, and they denied my dispute again, reiterating that they were valid tickets, which, clearly they were not. I even went into my local Chase branch to commence an official complaint. One week later I am now being told they have totally closed my case and there is nothing more I can do. Chase tells you how they want to protect you in order to get you to use their Visa card. Well, now I know, they have no intention to protect me, they would rather protect Ticketmaster. Don't use Chase for your credit card if you want to be protected.

The customer service experience I just had at this Chase branch was above and beyond 5 star. In a society where everything is automated, quality person to person customer service is rare. I came in to this Chase branch, at 4:59 on a Tuesday, desperate to receive some help on my compromised account. Thank you, Ryan Dube, for being a team member willing to make quality customer service a top priority!

I was helped out today (9.28.22) by Chaya, a very patient member of this banking team. She was very well acquainted with everything that I needed to get done. Such a terrific asset to this banking establishment.

Worst bank ever. Do not try to get any service from Ying Tang, he is the worst and won't give you any kind of service. I'm so sorry for Chase for having such a ridiculous employee.

Worst customer service ever. Worked with Ying Tang and it’s been a nightmare. They lie just like the typical bank to keep as much money for themselves. These people are greedy and will steal your money. Don’t do business with Chase.

After banking with them over 16 years, I am switching to another bank. I deposited 25 checks into the ATM (inside the bank) and the machine turned off. The manager instructed me to call customer service which i did. I Went back next week and spoke the to manager, he started to file to a claim since the ATM was a 3rd party. A few days later, a representative named Steven called me back and said the cannot do anything about the lost checks. No sure who dropped the ball, but nevertheless, it was stressful and a waste of my time. I would give a three stars, but this happened more than 5 times. Two stars is pretty generous. I will never step into chase bank again.

I literally drove through the drive through at 4:58 PM. They saw I was driving in and closed the blind. Such awful customer service! Will not use this branch again.

Bank tellers are rude and can’t even say hello and thank you. Banking manager is also clueless when it comes to corporate companies “DBA” doing business as. Take your business to local credit unions. They don’t deserve our money.
