I was helped out today (9.28.22) by Chaya, a very patient member of this banking team. She was very well acquainted with everything that I needed to get done. Such a terrific asset to this banking establishment.

The customer service has always been excellent at this branch. The staff is friendly and the wait times are usually short.When my debit card did not work to deposit cash, I was told that the card was expired. Turns out a new one had not been sent. Everyone who I met here was extremely courteous and went out of their way to be helpful, especially, Maria. I really appreciated the amount of time she took to help me and how she continued to problem solve even when it looked like all options had been exhausted. I cannot tell you enough how much I appreciated her assistance.
