Not sure how one person's experience is so much different than another's. Haha is what it is. If they're quick then who cares if they're rude. I think Charlie's is a fine place to deliver and I've only been to the one in Salt Lake City. My load tippedover leaving 5 rows standing and the others needing picked up. The manager there said he wasn't dealing with it and is have to pick them all and put the even amount in each flat, by myself, in January and it was windy and with wind chill it was 6 below. Haha what a nightmare for sure took 31/2 hrs and 4 trips back inside truck to get my hands to work again and again but I got it all done. 4 guys inside doing nothing and NO HELP WHATSOEVER.... moral of the story's pretty obvious. USE YOUR LOAD LOCKS ALWAYS and NEVER remove them until your all the backed in. Let them do it!!! Haha

Appt 8 am arrive 6:25 Am They immediately gave me the door and it took them about 25 minutes to download. Good place to download. I don't know how it will be on other days, but without a doubt today there was luck here.

I'm always confused when companies plaster their name all over their vehicles and then allow them to drive illegally and dangerously. I'm ok with the slow moving around corves, it happens with big trucks. I'm not ok with their driver speeding up so I can't pass them during the only passing portion for 10 miles. Not only is it illegal, it causes me to have to slam on my breaks and swerving back behind them because they decided that I wasn't allowed to pass. The company was unconcerned when I called them.

After the experience and treatment I endured yesterday from this company not only will I no longer support but will definitely tell others. For an employee of yours to walk up to someone inside their vehicle and verbally threatening someone is unacceptable spoke to Zach Frederickson who extended his apologies and informed me it would never happen again. While the guy is in the window laughing and giving me the middle finger. Will be making contact with cooperate about this situation.

This best place to deliver I checked in 2:50am appointment was at 4am and I had my bills sign and doors closed with tandems slide to the front by 4:15am and I start my way out my respects for this warehouse and his employees I got nothing else to say but thank you Charlie’s produce location in Clackamas Oregon not Seattle

A driver of theirs drives right through our landscaping one or more times per week. This has been going on for 3 1/2 months. That driver has no regard for other peoples property. Numerous complaints have not brought any resolution.

Kinda tight on the backing up. Depending if its packed or not.Everyone is friendly.Appointment was at 10am got unloaded till 1pm.They bring paper work to your semi truck.
