I’d been struggling to find a good pair of work boots that fit my feet properly and Victor was extremely helpful in helping me get fitted into a pair of Thorogoods that are working great! Most boot shops want you in and out but Victor really took his time to help me make sure I got something that was going to work for me - even though I showed up not too long before close. BootCo NW is a great place and I couldn’t recommend them enough. They’ve got my business for life. Thanks again Victor!

Been going here for years now to get my thorogood boots. Victor will insure you get the right boot and will even order what you need if you can't find it anywhere else. I've also had his shop re-sole all of my boots and does a fantastic job. 10/10 would recommend stopping by and supporting a locally owned small business.

I've gone with my husband to loads of boot stores and have talked to lots of people, and we didn't get near as much help as we did with the owner here. He helped us find boots and made my husband feel comfortable because he has a hard time finding a good fit. We will be coming back next time for new boots or for a resole.

I took my favorite nearly worn out hiking boots in and was so happy that he was able to put a new heel on them- and very economically too, My other option was to throw them out so I was glad he was able to save my sole! Really nice, friendly guy.

We got a really great pair of boots...the service was fantastic. Walked in and said what we needed, and we had someone who really knew his business and brought out several choices until we found the right pair. We walked out happy. Almost 4 weeks wear now and they feel very good...super pleased with the purchase. And would highly recommend.

I'm changing professions and had to buy my first pair of safety toe work boots. My foot is wide and I needed to make sure that the boots fit correctly.The owner took the time to measure my foot and was patient while I tried on many pairs of boots.In the end, I bought a comfortable pair of boots that I can wear all day. I will definitely come back for my next pair.Thanks for the great customer service!
