Went in there this morning because my sister needs some money, so I have plenty of money in the bank. And I asked to initiate a wire. And they told me that they could not help me to do that today because They didn't have somebody that could help me do that even if I came back later in the day they still said this was unavailable. Although there's three or four other people just standing around behind the counter. So rude and inconsiderate of a patron that's been with them for over 20 years possibly 30. No consideration for my sister's needs. told me to go find another branch or go figure out how to do it online. Anytime I have needed to initiate a wire from btw at OnPoint I get Immediate kind service, Not an embarrassing turn away.

I've been a customer with Bank of America for over 15 years and the past few experiences I've had with B of A have been terrible due to the lack of customer service. I understand that most people choose to do online banking over walking into a bank. However, If you choose to walk into a bank the service should be welcoming and friendly. I did not have that experience today when I spoke with the general manager (Amanda Paden) about an issue I was having. She was not welcoming nor friendly and look at me like I was stupid when explaining my issue. I've been in customer service for 15 years and one thing I know NOT to do is to make people feel stupid when they have an issue. I'm highly dissapointed in the level of service and my issue overall wasn't resolved. I would expect better from a bank manager.

I live in California, but needed to fly up to Portland in order to purchase a vehicle. There was a storm expected that weekend and i had been working with both the Amanda's as well as a Stephanie at this branch to see if they would still open for me even though it may snow. All of them were unbelievable helpful and they did open the branch even though there was a snow storm which i appreciate very much and i was able to complete my transaction in a timely manner. 5+ STARS. GREAT LOCATION.

Staff is always friendly. Welcoming. Pretty fast when busy. But otherwise in and out! Highly recommend this location! Thanks for being so welcoming when I first moved here, I'm glad we have built a great business relationship!

Apparently Bank of America tellers are not trained to check identification before giving away all of your funds to a thief. This is a f****** joke and I hope the teller at Sunnyside rd Bank of America in Clackamas Oregon that allowed this loses his or her career for not giving a s****
