I came in today needing a battery for my Jeep Patriot. I must say, from start to finish Matthew was so informative, professional and just an all around nice guy. He had me in and out in under 20 minutes with good conversation to boot! Thanks again Matthew for exceptional service!!! Highly recommend!

It was my first time replacing wiper for my Jetta, and Jeff T helped me the whole product recommendations, and also finding a proper type of adapter for my car and switching in person! He really deserves a great recognition from the owner of this place. Thank you!

Placed an online order for a large variety of exhaust parts, the order was set to arrive the next day, drove up to the store and the parts where not available at the store, I was still charged for the parts however. Had to wait on the phone for 30 minutes with customer service for them to tell me I’ll have to wait 3-5 days for a refund, so I will not be able to complete my project this weekend as I would have liked. Will not be buying from AutoZone again.

Lincoln was attentive & persistent in helping. I felt valued & the experience made me want to come back knowing I'm in good hands. I was there for a couple minutes but didn't take long to realize Lincoln deserves recognition for being outstanding!

This is a great automotive store. Staff very friendly and helpful. The manager helped me with an issue that had come up and she was very professional and knowledgeable. I would absolutely drive out of my way to go to this AutoZone

Even though this is a chain store, the excellent service at this AutoZone makes it seem like more of a local, small-town neighborhood store. I was having some major battery issues with my diesel car, and the crew that was working on Thursday evening, April 11th 2024 made serious efforts and went above and beyond to help me. I wish I had gotten their names to put on this public review. I won't write out all the details, but I'll say as an older female that was stuck in a hard place as the sun was going down and cold was setting in, I was looking at spending hours trying to figure out my car situation. The chivalrous crew at AutoZone made every effort to help me get me and my car home safely, and I can't thank them enough. If you're looking for an auto parts store you can trust, with reasonable prices, this is the place.

I called in some parts for my mechanic and when I got there the man could not find them. They called the woman who was on shift earlier that day and come to find out she never pulled my order. So then we had to figure out what part she recommended for me. The woman told me earlier that day that my mechanic had to come pay if he wanted to use his discount PIN number but when I got in the store I was told I could provide the pin as long as I verify information. So I give the employee the phone number associated with it then he wants to confirm the business so I had to call my mechanic and my mechanic told me this never happened to him before. So to top it off I look at my receipt later on and NO DISCOUNT was given. I will never come back to this store.

I made a quick stop to grab a replacement rear wiper for my Nissan Leaf. Roms was nice enough to give me a tip before I checked out. Then, when he saw me in the parking lot struggling with an issue, Roms and Pablo came out and did a quick change for me. They were really nice and so helpful. Thanks!!

These guys are great... I went in last night, just before closing, to grab a product that I was told would work, they chatted with me and even came to to see my vehicle before recommending another product that actually worked perfectly. They were both very cool about me coming in so close to closing time :/ and willing to make an effort to help me!
