This company is shady as heck. Impossible to close account. Had bank to stop payments was only way. Get call confirmed closed.Then 2 weeks later manager calls said still open policy and wants to schedule zoom. Asked if they show records of canceling. I asked several times for them to check records and confirm but never did. Instead insisted to schedule zoom meeting.

They are taking my money each month but have the wrong SS# and will not give me any information. I am cancelling my policy due to this and since they wont even cancel due to this im going to stop payment.
