The staff here are absolutely lovely. I hate their hours and sometimes the availability is a problem when I have time off on a holiday and need access but they have great security with dozens of cameras. This is a good choice.

They are incredibly friendly and professional. I am always greeted with a smile and asked about my day. They have seemingly become lifelong friends who just care about people and go out of their way to help. I highly recommend not only this facility but both of the families who run it. 5 stars!!!!!

Great storage facilities! The owners were more than accommodating and super easy to work with. I had my stuff stored here for about 3-4 months and would come back again if I ever needed to. Very clean and secure :)

Great service. I have rented a storage unit as well as an RV spot for my boat. Matt and the whole crew were very friendly and communication was always superb. I would highly recommend them.

Nancy, Matt, and Kim have always provided me excellent service. They keep the facility, clean, safe, and even had the lot repaved.I've had this unit for over a year, almost two. In that time, I've never had an issue, even when my payment bounced one month. The staff has always addressed my needs in a friendly and reliable way. I highly recommend a storage place of Clackamas for professionalism and quality. They are not the cheapest place in town, however, I believe they are undercharging for the conveniences offered.

The people who work there are great. They're super nice, are amazing at remembering names, very prompt at returning calls that they miss, and follow up thoroughly if you need to be reached.

Very happy with my experience here. Nancy and Matt were a pleasure to work with. The Property was always kept clean and secure. Access was easy too. Very happy I chose to rent here.

I have been using this for a storage for 6+ years and today was my last day there due to moving into a house. If I ever needed another storage place, this location would be the only one I used. Matt & Nancy have been fabulous over all these years. Thank you for the impeccable and friendly customer service and thank you for keeping everything safe over all these years.

If I would have left a review when I first got the unit it would have been great seemed friendly and well kept. First we had issues with the unit being forclosed, even tho autopay had been set up they didn't run it and then refused to take a credit card for payment. I had covid and had to get a friend to go fix it which was a pain. It sat empty for 2 months due to ongoing health issues and the day I put something in it-a new cordless vac and a box of electronic stuff I was terminated for "living in it". My friend was suffering from what I know now was life a threatening medical emergency and I was searching my box for my test strips for a glucose meter when all of a sudden here comes the manager rudely demanding I leave and saying I was terminated. When I tried to explain that I wasn't living there he told me that this wasn't the place for me, Public storage is for "my kind" and proceeded to call my friend who was unresponsive in a coma by the time I drove to the hospital "stinky" and other rude names. I thought that maybe when I came back a few weeks later to get my 2 boxs(in a 10x10) and explained what happened that he would drop the termination but nope. If in seeing someone struggling your response is to kick them while they're down your not the kind of person I want to do business with anyways.

This place is great from the start to the end. Great people great service. Very safe secure clean. Reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend to others
