Was annoying given the fact I had a bus to catch VERY shortly after.

we placed an order through the 7-Eleven app. They use DoorDash as their third-party delivery service. Our order was assigned to only one girl the entire time. The cashier who was working the night of 3/20/25 gave our Mobile order away to an unknown person before our doordash girl arrived to the store. When our doordash girl tried picking up our order, the cashier said that somebody else picked it up before she got there. This is false because we were assigned only 1 door dasher which was the same girl. That means the cashier gave our order away to some random person. Doordash then had to cancel our order so we placed a new one. A new dasher guy tried to pick up the order, but the cashier refused to give the order to him. The cashier told the Dasher and us that he needed to get his money back before giving us any more orders. So basically the cashier made a stupid mistake by giving away our order to someone random and refused to fulfill our second order with our new Dasher because he lost money for his stupid mistake.

Would give this place zero stars if I could. Service was terrible. Came in to pick up my door dash order. Showed the cashier my app and how it said ready to pick up. I can literally see my order on the counter. I asked the cashier for my order and he refused to give it to me and became rude for no reason and started yelling at me to cancel the order. When I asked why it showed the order was ready he started yelling at me and told me to leave. Never coming back.

Alot of homeless in front of the store . Make is it uncomfortable to go in.
Have not been here in forever. Still the same . Employee was Rude. Location is dirty. And nothing worked (icee machine).

If I could give zero I would. I went in for a $1 large slurped which was on the front page of the 7eleven app. Also grabbed a candy and a fountain drink. The cashier rang me up and the price didn't show the discount even after scanning the app so I told him I didn't want it if it wasn't on sale. He proceeded to tell me I couldn't have anything and grabbed a bat to follow me out of the store. This guy should be fired!! And charges pressed for his violent behavior for literally just wanting the deal 7ELEVEN QAS ADVERTISING!! ZERO STARS

There is an older Indian man working here that seems to tamper with your hot food purchases and seems to think everyone needs to bow down to him when we come in to purchase items. Not cool.

The cashier was very rude and disrespectful. Today @7 PM he told me that can't scan my lottery ticket because he is too busy and there was two people in line. He told me to leave and go to other store scam it and refuse to serve the customer.He denied my right to scan the ticket .Very rude .

Rude worker by the name of Jessie always gives me unnecessary problems for no reason. I have came here several times and nothing has been dealt with?. Owner won’t do anything as my friends have reported him several of times. It has come to that point of contacting higher ups. A 7/11 shouldn’t be a difficult place to purchase from. Unbelievable…
