“Mixed review. For the most part great boutique, I've only shopped online since I'm not close to their store front. But in the last month they've dropped the ball on fully addressing my issues with a product not on the app, rewards trying to be used and sezzle (not a sezzle issue, a boutique issue). I had two different post conversations that never got fully addressed. The first conversation, one of the workers tagged a couple people multiple times for help and no response. The second conversation, I actually got to talk with the owner but she gave me general responses without solving my problem. I'm super bummed because this isn't their norm but I buy a lot of wanakome from them, they're not cheap lol but feel I may need to move on.”

“Everything in there is pretty expensive but all good quality and they have a very wide variety of things. Probably wouldn’t ever buy a skateboard deck from there but they have a lot of good skate shoes and clothes that I’ve hold recommend but keep in mind it’s expensive. Personally i didn’t think I’ll ever buy skate shoes from there since they will get ruined easily because i skate them so there’s no point waisting a bunch of money, but the clothes in there are amazing and very good quality.”

The owner is super friendly and helpful. They'll special order for you if they don't have your size in stock. “Lots of bright colors this spring, the employees were kind and didn't rush us, despite the fact that we got there maybe 20 minutes before closing and left about 10 minutes after closing. (We did not realize the mall closed at seven, the employee who helped us said it was closed as we were leaving.)They ordered my mom's bras because they only had one in stock in the store, and that still allowed her to get the buy one get one 50% off deal.”

“I LOVE this store. Veronica is the BEST! .......UPDATE I still LOVE this store, but they don't seem to have as much product as they used to. I loved getting cute themed eyeshadow pallets and perfumes from this store. But it seems to getting less and less. And the last time I was in there the manager was not at all friendly. I did not get her name she was very small and petite. I haven't been in there for over 1.5 years because I was so unimpressed with her. ?”

They didn't bother to tell me at the time that I could have turned in my old coat for a discount on the new one so I had to pay the full price $100. Otherwise it would have been five star.”

“This Old Navy clothing store is pretty good. We have shopped there several times, and have always had a positive experience. They have a decent selection of clothing, shoes, and accessories. “I don't usually leave reviews, but for Sandy at the MAC counter I just have to. She is the most helpful, kind, and honest MAC/Cosmetic artist I have ever had the pleasure of being helped by. She really listens to what you're looking for, helps you find multiple options to choose from, and helps you step out of your comfort zone when it comes to color choice. I left with a lipstick and eyeshadow palette that I wouldn't have chosen for myself, but after putting them on at home I absolutely adore them! They are definitely my new every day faves. I've shopped with MAC for years and don't usually go to counters since I often don't receive good service, but I came back to this location specifically because of Sandy and to get her opinion on cosmetics.
