“Dropped my truck off for inspection. Got a call an hour later from the salesman saying the repairs would be 369$, I agreed on that quote for the work to be done. I show up a few hrs later to pay and pick up my truck and was told he made a mistake and forgot to add another 100$ on the quote.

Update. The owner reached out to offer me 100$. That there speaks volumes to me and feel very confident this company retains utmost integrity and exceptional customer service!”

“We used to go to Les Schwab over on Commerce, but moved to Central Point. We were glad to see the new Central Point location being built.So far we've had this location put new tires on for one of our vehicles and patch a tire for a recently purchased vehicle. It's quite a bummer to pop a tire coming off the Central Point freeway, but I was able to do a walk-in early morning the next day. Excellent customer service, flexibility to fit me in, and back on the road just after finishing some coffee.I would definitely recommend this location and the services they offer. I'll be back when we need to replace the stock tires on our new vehicle. Oh, and thank you team for putting my spare back in the compartment after patching everything!”

“Their service was excellent. I made an online appointment for a slow leak, brought in my car, handed over the keys, and the technicians quickly identified the problem - a tiny piece of wood that had been causing the issue. No charge, and I was on my way.

While I was there, I witnessed a woman behave extremely rudely towards the hardworking employees. Despite the employees offering her a free tire, as they were uncomfortable patching her already poorly repaired tire, she reacted with hostility. She acted as if the employees were trying to hold her car hostage, becoming loud and rude. However, the employees remained professional throughout the encounter, 5 stars wish I could give you more!”

“I came to Discount Tire after having Lithia Toyota service check a slow tire leak on my 2023 RAV4 . Lithia Toyota said they found what looked to be a crack in the tire and because it was close to the outside part of the tire that I would need to get a new set of tires.I understand having a AWD vehicle that this is part of the risk when a tire gets a puncture... replacing all tires.I wanted to get another set of eyes to look at this tire "crack". Went to Discount Tire, the manager (apologies, whose name I forgot) popped off the tire and didn't find any leaks when the tire was submerged in water.He did see the "crack" that was marked by Lithia Toyota but that wasn't the issue. When he took a closer look he found a small broken nail embedded into the tire. Voila!Lithia didn't even pop off the tire to find this nail.Good news.. the nail was in a place that was repairable.Weeks later the tire is fine and holding tire pressure.Just want to send a shout out to the manager for being honest about this repair. If I need any tires (hopefully not for a long while) I will return to Discount Tire.Great service!”

“Great staff! Emmanuel gave me a great explanation about what kind of tires to get. David gave me all the details about brakes and such. Dustin gave me lots of info about the alignment aspect. All very friendly, honest and very patient, because I had many questions. I didn't had to wait too long for the inspections and getting new tires, plus close by (5 min. walk) there's a great place to have breakfast or lunch, just around the corner named Crackin and Stackin, great food and staff there were very friendly too. I would highly recommend this Les Swab location and the restaurant!”
