Had to put one star, won't let me put zero. Will be moving my scripts elsewhere. Horribly understaffed. One person only to help both store and drive thru windows so very long wait times. And EVERY time my rx is not ready... Even with 3- 4 day notice. (Had surgery monday, rx not ready til Thursday also called in refill Sunday and not ready til Thursday.)Waiting in line 45 minutes for a script that is not ready after 4 days is unacceptabe. Get it together, Walgreens.

I go in with my receipt and the items I need to return and they won't let me cause I didn't bring my ID with me. There is NO NEED for one and having it be the ONLY reason why they didn't let me return my items is complete hog wash. The employee was very rude about it to top it off.

Pharmacy is terribly understaffed and inefficient. We completed all forms online, waited 30 minutes in line with only one person ahead of us -who was also there for COVID shot. Nobody in the prescription pick up line had their orders correct. The person working the register was a trainee and pharmacy staff had to constantly leave the customers they were working with to show the person at the register how things worked. This was an appointment for my husband and was made 2 weeks ago. I went to Costco as a walk in and got my shot in 10 minutes.

Most horrible place to fill prescriptions. Took 45 minutes with 3 people in front of us. Mind you they sent 2 away didn't have there scripts. We tried to pick up ours and were told because it was a high dollar amount they were holding it. No one told us anything. Manager admitted that they are fully staffed and most people are waiting a week for there meds.

Pretty horrific service. I had been filling prescriptions here for a year before one day the pharmacist decided to stop filling meds from 'out of area' providers (without any notice). Oregon has a mental health crisis which has forced many to seek care from providers outside of tiny, but overpopulated Medford. I see a provider who specializes in treating my condition, and I pay a premium to see her. She's not some sketchy back alley doctor. An incredibly rude pharmacy tech Cara boasted that the decision had "been in the works for months", and became aggressive when questioned why Walgreens couldn't at the very least notify patients. This feels discriminatory and Walgreens has lost a lawsuit previously when they allowed other pharmacists to deny medications, when I physician has found them medically appropriate. The pharmacist should ponder whether they are in the right career, if they feel it's right to deny care to a select group of patients. Also, the manager Aleesha reached out after the incident, but never replied after when I asked why patients couldn't be notified ahead of time.Avoid Walgreen, end of story.

This is the only pharmacy I go to. Becca has been instrumental in helping me with a challenging prescription. I've read some of the other reviews... but I've not had a bit of trouble.

We are a medical clinic located the Rogue Valley area. We can attest that working with most corporately-owned pharmacies are a nightmare. This Walgreens location is one of the worst. It is near impossible for us to actually speak to a pharmacist on the phone. The woman pharmacist is unprofessionally rude and at best, minimally cooperative when filling a patient's prescription. We highly recommend patients to go to Wellness Compounding, Lone Pine Drug, West Main Pharmacy, Black Oak Pharmacy, Cascade Pharmacy in White City, or Ashland Drug. Their customer service far exceeds what you will receive at this Walgreens.

Over all the PHARMACY has been doing a great job with the new staff. I have been very pleased with the service now that it is up and running again ..... time will tell, I am thinking positive.

This pharmacy couldn’t fill a prescription to save their lives. With a monthly prescription there was literally just one time there wasn’t a problem in

Pharmacy is not good go somewhere else incompetent when it comes to using GoodRx or any private pay they told me I could only run it through the insurance no private pay. What do you think good RX is it’s private pay with a coupon I would rather pay 50 for my prescription than the 380 that they want. What it boils down to was the cashier did not have the training on running it through GoodRx instead of Insurance. And when the pharmacist approached absolutely Road. Explained to me that that’s how all pharmacies do it. No they don’t. The only reason I attempted to use them is my pharmacy at lone Pine close down. Bummer. Trust me skip the hoops and go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time. Went to target went right through immediately. I paid exactly what the prescription at GoodRx said I needed to pay I was in and out of there in 30 minutes.

Everyone tries to be helpful. One cashier always makes sure to say welcome when you walk through the door.

Very good service people but they are under staffed causing short open hours and very long wait times.

I was on hold for an hour to get ahold of the pharmacy for it to tell me the call was disconnected. They should have the option for a call back from the order it was given. Very upsetting.

Five stars for the photo department. I've refused too many orders from Medford Walgreens that I had pretty much given up for years. But I've had good service and attention to detail over numerous jobs from this location.
