:) Beth addressed our claim regarding our packages in less than 24 hours and has resolved them. She was very professional and was very calm despite me not being so calm and frustrated by the situation. Anyone that can do that gets 5 starts.

I went in to ask a simple question about how to cash a western union check that I had purchased myself and they talked at me like I was stupid ...and if course couldn't cash their own check .seems you can buy them from them but not cash them .stupid

3rd time mail truck has sped up our driveway past our cars kids and dogs, we have reported them. The C.P post office Beth wouldn't listen to us. We told her it's posted slow children, digs and live stick in 2 places that they are going to hit someone. She threatened to not have packages delivered. Today another driver sped threw at 50 miles hour, threw gravel on our cars at our shop. My husband tracked him down. The driver apologized and said they only give us a certain amount if time to deliver. These drivers are unsafe on our properties, hazardous and nothings being addressed. Shameful and God help them they kill our dogs or hit one of our kids.

The quickest service of any post office I've been to. I'm usually there 5 minutes or less. The only time it's painfully busy is when people are sending Christmas packages. But how could it be any other way? Avoid around the holidays, if possible.

eeewww. Chris is the postmaster and has zero customer service skills. For 3 years, I have struggled with nonsense (refusal to pick up for my business). I finally gave up, but recently fractured my spine and had some other delivery issues, so figured I would try again. Oh my... it's like if there is an audience, he plays victim, and yells about things that aren't quite true, but creates the scene, and then cries, "oh look, it's a scene!" Super weird. Otherwise, he yells and involves people around him instead of maintaining any professional front. He actually said, "I know a lot of people in the valley and have heard that you have talked sh*t about me." Seriously. This happened. Cool, but can you pick up my mail? He was so angry, he was visibly shaking. I would hate to see him with an actual situation. Really really weird.

I called to find out why my mail has not been picked up for two days and they want me to go online and fill out a request form, what?, no I just want to know why they are not doing there jobs
