“I have a lifetime warranty on the paint on my 2002 Ford pickup. It recently failed and I asked Star if my warranty was still good. They said that it was and made the necessary repairs. Extimates had originally been between $2000 to $3500. They advised that as long as I owned the pickup, their job was guaranteed. I as very pleased with their work and also that I'm not out any money for the repairs. Several years ago I had Star paint a Corvette. The job was good with the exception of one area that was off color. I brought this to their attention and they immediately corrected the flaw. Again the work was of superior quality and was completed quickly.”
“Hugo and his team saved the day! Our company had technicians who traveled from So. Cal to work and at a jobsite. On the last stretch of the trip, our F350 kept overheating. Twedell's not only picked up the truck, they had a mechanic on site as well! Hugo was very professional and very communicative. “What can I say? These guys are amazing! We were on a road trip and had car issues in Medford on our way to Crater Lake. They were the 4th mechanic we visited. All the shops were so busy due to the July 4th holiday and told us they wouldn't be able to get to us for a week
John listened to me and was able to fit us in! They did amazing work considering they had to order our part from out of town.
Talk about fair pricing. The final job came in at $100 under the quote!! They also provided a courtesy shuttle and took us back to our hotel.
Everyone was so friendly, especially Ricky, our shuttle driver who dropped us off and picked us up. He gave us a great history of Medford and recommended a few sites. Five stars, for sure.
If you are looking for a fair, honest mechanic, stop looking and come here!!

“JR came to my rescue the pitman arm on my truck broke and left me stranded in my work parking lot at about 9:00 Pm JR came in a quick and timely manner and got me towed safely home he was super professional with his work skills attitude and appearance and definitely knew what he was doing Eagle Towing really picks the best people for the job in the future if I ever need a tow again which I hope I don’t but if I do I’m calling Eagle Towing and maybe I’ll get Jr again! “The guys and gale from dicks towing saved us in a bad situation when we broke down in our RV and they were the best and friendly they quoted us at 700 to tow to nearest mechanic which was about 35 miles away who could work on it and when we got there only charged us 520 which we were so great full for the women on the phone was so nice and professional as well the driver and safety was his first priority when towing we were so great full to them they helped us out a lot”

Because times are hard and the facility is in White City, it ended up costing me more than it was worth on a fixed income.
