Called this place asking for help with my diesel heater in Sprinter Van-note I am not a customer. The nicest woman spent time with me and helped me diagnose my problem. I'd use their shop anytime. Thank you!

I strongly recommend that you look elsewhere.Tech came out and did a quick plumbing repair and got us up and running.Maid a list of the other issues to turn into the insurance company, said it would take a couple of weeks. That was 6 weeks ago.will not return phone calls.

The fine folks at The RV Doctor came through for us in a major way. While temporarily living in our travel trailer during a home renovation, the exterior door broke to the point that it would not close properly. The good news is RV Doc got a replacement door from the factory. The bad news is it was damaged by the shipping company. They were able to quickly repair the damaged door and get it installed. And due to our special circumstances, they squeezed us in and expedited the repair. The price was very reasonable. I recommend The RV Doctor to anyone in Southern Oregon! Thanks so much guys!

I wish I could give a better review but I can't. Took the time off work to have my sprinter looked at for a install. Simple, easy job..I go there and the tech says he will put together a quote and follow up in a few days. A week went by, nothing no call, nothing. I call them and they say oh we will get you a quote, our tech has been out. Did I get a call or quote...nope!Horrible follow up and unfortunately no response to date. Beware!!!

Called with a few questions on a repair of an existing camper and a bunch more just on general questions about multiple makes and models of campers as we’re about to upgrade .Mike took the time to answer every single question plus more that I could throw at him !!These were questions that he knew he wasn’t making a single dime on but still took the time to answer them all and give great advice !!!Any work I’ll ever have done while I’m in this area will most certainly be done by this company !!Very stand up guy and the secretary was an absolute sweetheart also !!!

Beware The RV Doctor!!!Disclaimer: this review is not based on their quality of work, rather their shoddy business practices, lack of transparency, and poor communication. Had them come out for a service call to evaluate a blown hydraulic line. Lady on the phone was nice enough. Soonest they could see me was 3 1/2 weeks. Gave me some tips to ensure I wouldn't have more problems while I waited for my appointment. Never disclosed the cost of the service call ($150), guess that's on me for not asking.Guy shows up 3 1/2 weeks, finds the problem, says they'll order the part, shouldn't be too hard to fix. Great! How much? Oh, I'm not sure. (That's one). We'll order the part and she'll give you a call in a day or two to get you on the schedule. Awesome!No call after 3 days so gave them a ring. Got the "owner." Tells me the girl who does the schedule is out and will call me on Monday to setup a day. Can you tell me how much it will cost?She'll let you know on Monday. (That's two). Monday comes and goes, no call. Reached out again after a few days. She tells me the part has been ordered but we don't have a tracking number. I'll call you when it comes in. Great! Can you tell me how much? Sorry, I'm not sure at the moment. (That's three). Ok, well can I schedule a day for you to come fix it?We'll reach out when the part gets delivered. Ok. Thank you. That was 3 months ago. After speaking with some people in the area, this is not an uncommon business practice for The RV Doctor. Still have not heard from them and I've since fixed the problem myself. I personally would never call the RV doctor again and if I were you I'd be hesitant to risk dealing with them at all. Despicable, deplorable, dishonest, and unprofessional. As stated above this is not a review on The RV Doctors quality of work...and that's because they never did any. Thanks for nothing.

Started our two week Oregon trip and discovered a propane leak. I searched everywhere and couldn't find it. I called a half dozen mobile and shop RV repair businesses. Finally, called The RV Doctor and they said they could check out the problem at their shop the following day. It was on our way. The good news is they found the leak in about an hour and a half. The bad news is we can't use our stove for the whole trip. We need to replace the pigtail that feeds the stove. We'll do that when we return home. We do not have a leak. Big relief. Thanks Shanteil and Luke. Would highly recommend them.
