My friend told me of American RV Consignment Sales during the time my wife and I were constipating on selling our 33" Springdale. We had tried living in it, but only made it five months before realizing it's just not a house.
I give Terry a call and even though they were closing down for the day, they stayed open that extra hour so I could get the Trailer settled onto their lot. Thank You Terry for the extra mile.
With the TT on the lot, I was at Total Peace of Mind it was in good hands.
The day or should I say phone call came from Terry, "I have a Buyer on the Lot with a Cash Offer". I said "Sell it!"

We consigned with American RV Consignment a 35 foot fifth wheel and actually got more than we expected which was wonderful. We are very satisfied with how everything was handled and have recommended others to American RV.

Terry has lots of knowledge of what sells at what price. We purchased our class A motorhome from this lace with prior owner and when we wanted to trade it in for a 5th wheel we took it back several years later. Terry had us list it at a competitive price although it was winter and sales were down. Everything was slow but the last month we had an offer and we negotiated and sold. We happened to be out of state at the time so it was so nice to come home and just pick up a check! Fun place to get educated on all types of rvs too!! We will always window shop there too!

What a great experience. Purchased a 32.5 ft 2013 Open Range 5th wheel. Every courtesy and consideration was given by Owner Terry Toner. This RV with 3 slides and all the trimmings was beyond my experience, so made numerous phone calls to Terry. He know his business, and in every instance provided the information I needed. Thank you Terry, your are a treasure.

I was fortunate to purchase an RV through American RV Consignment. Terry and his team of helpers not only insured that everything was in working order, but that it was really clean. They went above and beyond. I am really impressed by the service and care I received.
I also chose to have solar panels installed on my coach. During a time of power failure the solar panels and batteries kept my air conditioning running and my pets cool and happy. I am considering adding to my power bank. The solar was well worth the money.
If ever in need of an RV in the future, I will return to American RV Consignment first. I highly recommend them!

Will NOT return!!!! Drove 35 miles to check out a motorhome seen on thier website, inxe there was told it is pending, & he can't even let me in to see it. No where on their website said it was under contract or pending NOT even a sign on the window, however he was eager for us to look at thier higher end motorhomes, WORTH DOUBLE THE COST. I think the one motor home was lour!!! BUYER BEWARE!!

Terry at American RV Consignment Sales, in White City, Oregon has been stellar in providing all of the service he has needed to get this process going. The customer service, patience, and expertise is so appreciated, and it seems like this is the standard operating procedure for his business. His efforts in making things happen over the phone, and through shipping of documents, and maintaining the level of communication with a remote purchaser has been exemplary, and shows the commitment to customer satisfaction that is not standard in the marketplace today.

Terry personally cared to help me get the camper I wanted. He worked closely with the owner, me and the lender. He accommodated my timelines as I had a long drive to get to his business. He and his team changed my hitch, made sure I was safely hitched up. The paperwork to finalize the purchase was straightforward. This was a 5 star experience!

BEWARE! We inquired to consign our Motorhome spoke with Terry Toner who told us that he recently bought the business American RV and complained that it was "alot work", we should not have ignored this because it was a red flag.Terry doesn't know what he is doing, he isn't experienced with RV's. He says he'll do something but never calls you back. Horribly unprofessional.Then when we scheduled our repairman to show up at his lot for new carpet in our Motorhome (per Terry's request) he flipped out with me on the phone and refused to give a time frame for putting it up for sale once the carpet was installed! He became angry and hung up and refused to answer my calls or texts.Apparently, he doesn't want any one asking him to do anything andhaving a signed agreement to consign with him means nothing.This is not professional or a decent. Terry is the one in-charge has unstable behavior like a crazy person! He is totally incapable of professional or even just basic polite communication. His behavior is completely untrustworthy.Luckily I was able to take my Motorhome off his lot and never deal with him again.Also, his suggested asking price was completely out of market range and I didn't know that until I called other consignment lots. So our Motorhome would have just sat there being so overpriced!UPDATE I received the following text on my phone 10/8/23 @1224pmAlicia, this is Terry's partner at the RV place. I heard from Terry that you were telling Terry that he was dealing with a crook as a partner I'd sure like to know why you think that this is what we call defamation of character if this is the case I would ask you this time to please stop the fictitious lies and take down the post. If not, I will take your home from you with my attorneys, I have several the choice is yours. If I do not see this post taken down and you keep spreading the defamation of character, I will be my attorneys office Tuesday morning and we will file a lawsuit.Thank you and have a great dayBest regards, Nico

Went to look at a aline trailer asked salesman who wouldn’t even come out asked about trailer he said he had an offer for $12000 the asking price was $13500 I offered $13000 he said he doesn’t work that way. So if you want to sell your rv at this place make sure you ask if your getting the highest offer.I hope the owner of this trailer reads this review.
