The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. The dr. was excellent and although I didn't like the diagnosis, the dr. was kind and caring while offering helpful information and helping to make arrangements for treatment.

One of there techs Crysta came to my salon to get her hair highlighted. We were supposed to trade her hair for flea prevention for my animals. She never came through. We did this at the last clinic she worked at before she got fired. I'm upset that I wasted my time and product, and got nothing in return.

The staff was helpful and doctor Kalams was exceptional. She gave me literature on the condition my cat was there for and outlined the procedures she would do and treatments available.

Techs and staff are very kind and helpful. The vet we saw was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the issue with blood tests and xrays, and prescribe new long term medication for my dog, who is 11 and suffers from osteoarthritis. My dog is stable now and hopefully will be pain free for another few years. Thank you to all of the people at SOVSC!

Our 6 month old lab, Buddy, ate a potholder the night before we were to leave on a trip. With a quick phone call and an immediate trip in, Buddy was encouraged to throw up the potholder without surgery. I can’t thank you enough for your quick, professional response. Vacation AND Buddy saved.

The doctors are very kind and thorough. I worked with 3 different ones over the course of my dog’s hospital stay and they were all very considerate of me and my dog. Unfortunately the front office staff is not nearly as kind and considerate. Their communication and processing also needs improvement. If you call me to say my dog is ready to go home I should not have to wait another hour when I arrive at our scheduled time
