I've had an account here for a couple years and it's been nothing but problems. Couldnt wait to close it. The staff are not at fault but as a company I'll never be opening an account with them again. Terrible online service/app. Terrible ATMs. Terrible after hours anything.

Rogue has been terrible to deal with. I have a business account with them. I have an international wire transfer that has been lost in limbo for about 4 weeks now! No one can seem to help me. I have been lied to multiple times and different branches. Overall horrible experience. I wish they would have been upfront and honest to begin with and I would have chosen a different service for our wire transfers.

Major problems trying to make a principal payment on my car loan. All extra payments are having interest taken out. Try paying down your interest. You will see this bank makes it most difficult.

I have literally been sitting in front of the ATM/teller machine waiting to speak to a teller for the last 15 minutes. There is no one in the drive-through, and there is no one in the bank, and they still can’t manage to help me here! Laziest rogue federal credit union branch I’ve ever been to!I’ve watched a total of 11 cars go through the drive-through since I’ve been sitting here and no one will help me! Is this some sort of weird joke

Been with them for over 12 years with no problems. Now i had a bump in life they will not even help. They have gotten to big to care about you now.
