The women that runs the store Tiana, who has been there forever is so rude and condescending it’s no wonder the place is a ghost town. Funny thing is I use to work there many years ago - and she was not that way long ago. The last straw is when she wrinkled her nose and all but rolled her eyes at me when I asked a question in front of the other 2 shoppers that were in the store. Sad it use to be a staple in CP. I won’t shop there !!!

The hardware section is very nice The deli Is great theproduce is good . My last review was of Gold Hill not this one in Central Point. They are night and day. Gold Hill 3 star Central Point 5 Star. ??

Central Point raysDeli made me a sandwich to order. I unwrapped it and took a big bite! Tasted mold instantly. Look at the bread and sure head mold growing on it! This sandwich was made to order on the spot. Not sure how she didn't catch the moldy bread as she made the sandwich....Definitely expect much better given the premium pricingAlsothe soda machine has poor quality tasting soda. The mixture is off or machine isn't clean, probably both

It's a bit expensive but the convenience of having the ACE hardware in with Ray's Food Place is worth it, if you live nearby.

They only take in$ 2:40 that's two dollars and forty cents they said and this is the manager I spoke with she said they made a deal with bottle recycling place they would not take in a lot of bottlesAnd cans.Now I have to ask you why can't they take all of them at once her answer was it takes away from the recycling place..Sorry I call bull xcsffd on this.That's why I will not buy no sodas from rays because we have a right to take them to the store where we paid for it right ?

i had decided to go into Ray’s Food place to look around as I’m a stay at home mom who doesn’t get out much an I was already out.When inside, I decided that breaking a 100 bill on a crocodile pen a candy was a dumb idea so I left. While walking out, I heard a “excuse me, can I help you”. And my heart sank because I knew I was being called a thief, and being profiled in that moment. I hand over my bag eagerly (as I know I didn’t do anything wrong). An declined to even look in it. An left.Anywho- I would be lying if I said I didn’t walk home crying. I could feel their eyes on me the whole time. I just wanted to look around for fun and got profiled. The irony? I have $500 in my wallet.(I’ll probably go back as I understand that she has a job to do. An also given the fact that I dress like a broke high schooler an have many piercings.) just makes me sad.
