Dropped my truck off for inspection. Got a call an hour later from the salesman saying the repairs would be 369$, I agreed on that quote for the work to be done. I show up a few hrs later to pay and pick up my truck and was told he made a mistake and forgot to add another 100$ on the quote.
Update. The owner reached out to offer me 100$. That there speaks volumes to me and feel very confident this company retains utmost integrity and exceptional customer service!

Always there to help. My last visit was to fix a slow leak on my 2017 Toyota 86. Prior to that I had hand mounted some stiff walled Honda 600 car tires and they inflated them for me. My wife had an emergency trip to Ca and got 2 new tires installed 30 minutes before closing time on her Honda Element. Quality has been there for us the past 7 years.

These guys are fantastic!
We got a flat tire on the freeway on our way tobthe coast and and had to put the spare on but the sidewall of the tire was damaged. Unrepairable. Had to find 2 tires since I have an AWD.
10 minutes to close on a Friday they located the tires I needed, popped the spare off, replaced the tires and had us on our way for a fantastic price. Tony was even waiting for us in the parking lot when we pulled up. Thank you so much!!!

I know absolutely nothing about tires! I have been to Quality Tire twice for tires on my 323i BMW. The first time, I picked them...UGG! The second time I took the recommendation from Jeff to get TOYO tires. Trusting him...I agreed! What I good decision on MY part. He truly gave me great advise and I will never try to go it alone again! Low road noise, comfortable ride, great handling and, recently at Crater Lake, excellent handling on dry to slush to ice to packed snow! Customer service is excellent. In and out in 1 hour!

Been going here for 3 years after moving to Medford. Went there today as had tire pressure warning lights on and needed a tire rotation. As ever, very friendly, quick and great service, found the issue, all for no charge.
They have a great business model and thoroughly recommend them.
And their pricing for new tires is always competitive.
