Do not take a car here that is yours. Maybe a work vehicle or a government vehicle. The staff was friendly. However the attention to detail lacks here, and they will leave you hanging if anything comes up awry. I pulled in the Monday before thanksgiving, headed to SoCal, and they put my oil filter seal on broken. I unknowingly drive south on the Highway 99 and suddenly 30 minutes later my vehicle says zero engine oil, shut off engine. That shows in bright red! It is about 9 a.m and I'm in morning traffic and trying to get off the highway. I pull over and my entire engine area was steaming and oil was leaking. They didn't even put all the screws in, on the bottom oil flap. It was already leaning visibly and my car was looking like it was in bad shape. Then immediately I called the Yuba City location for Premier Oil Change. The manager said he doesn't recommend it but his boss said to drive to closest place to get an oil change. Can you believe the car said to turn off, and these people say to drive. They couldn't come help me at all. I call VW, they said do not drive that vehicle. I call a shop nearby and they say same thing. I have to call roadside assistance to fish me out of downtown and drive me and my vehicle to a repair shop. Premier Oil Change reimbursed me for the work of which took all of Monday and I went back to them, as they had told me they would wash all the oil off my car. My car smelled like oil for a week. I was not compensated for losing my wages as I had work in LA, and zero compensation for the time I lost in general as I had to then stay in Northern California until after the holiday. The management and personal again were courteous but almost blew my engine up and don't take any fault for it. In the end, I have a nice looking car that is now having problems and I had zero prior issues as I went to dealership for all oil changes except for one time. I've had to spend 1400 bucks since then and they have been quiet since I told them the dealership I took my car to tells me Premier Oil Change initially put the wrong oil in my vehicle to begin with. They denied it but it was right there on paper. Nice people but they are not professionals and I would never recommend this service location. I would not wish this to happen to any driver on the road. They tried to save face saying they would send me a $500 visa. That changed as they mailed me $500 gift card to Premier Oil Change. They said they wanted me to come back and maybe I would be another oil change. The audacity was crazy. They have terrible business ethics. I drive vehicles long distances and this place put me and my life at risk. I could never tell anyone to take a vehicle they care about to this place. Do not do it!

Came in for oil change, new wipers, and some additives. The prices were great and the service speedy and efficient. The guys here went above and beyond my expectations. If I could give more stars, I would. Highly recommended

Bit of a mixed bag to be honest but really I left feeling pampered. They talk to me way more than any other oil change place, they charge more than other oil change places, they left my undercarriage and oily mess, they showed me my vehicles fluid outputs, they did find a leak in my front differential and topped it up, their free hot chocolate was off the chain! Best free hot chocolate I've ever had! Their vacuums are nice as well.

First time going there, first time I actually got to sit in the vehicle while they did the oil change etc etc. Would recommend and would go back.

I’ve been through a lot of these car washes with the self-service vacuums. All of them have free towels and window spray to detail your car. This one is the same price if not more than the one in Phoenix and doesn’t provide any towels or Windex. I see a tiny towel station with no towels in it. I’m pretty disappointed for $16 that I can’t even dry my car

A little strange to be so excited about a car wash, but this really is an exceptional place! Very clean, equipment works perfectly, and there's plenty of room to maneuver around your car while washing.My SUV is clear of the sap and ash another car wash failed to remove.

The employees are really nice and helpful. The price is reasonable and they offered a water bottle the one time I was there. They also checked the code for my check engine light.

We always use Premier Oil Change when we need to get an oil change. One nice thing if I go on a trip I pull in and they check the fluids for free between oil changes. Yesterday my wife's car had a low tire pressure message. I checked the tires and they had the correct air pressure. I swung in and they also checked the tire pressure. They went out of their way to recalibrate the tire sensor, causing the message and light to shut off. Car is good as new. I appreciate the outstanding customer service.

Wow! The oil change crew was AMAZING! My first time at a Premier location and this will absolutely be my new place to go for all my vehicles. Courteous, kind, not pushy and the service was fast....... with a FREE car wash!
