Horrible place! The employee is short, very aggressive and angry (hides his name), no badge! What 2 hours of parking? Change the schedule, write private zone and then drivers will drive past, and not stop in safety at the 24-hour truck stop for rest! I will not even fill up here, let alone spend it on coffee! This is a very bad employee, which means the place is not friendly!
The main thing is to learn the policy of the company you represent!

It's always busy, but we can fuel up, use the bathroom, and get out quickly. Getting in and out of the parking lot is its major issue. It's always difficult.

It has everything and cheap gas too, service here is really fast. There's not much more that you can do to a gas station.

Line backed to the exit only 5 pumps working. LMK wen the line aint around the corner && ur pumps r working ill come back & fill up my big rig 200-300 gals. Enjoy luv im good

Awesome gas attendant filled up my tank and cleared the bugs from my windshield.
Wide variety of items for sale center.
Clean and well stocked restrooms .... cherry hand soap!
Plenty of parking.

This Pilot location doesn't really honor Pilot Rewards yet lie about it!
I travel on business quite often, and fuel reward programs make some significant savings.
I keep stopping at this Pilot location in Central Point OR and every time I use my cell number to claim Rewards they counter attendants keep telling me it went through yet every time I check on my online account and App afterwards it almost never honors me any points or rewards. If lucky once every ten times. I guess it's time to avoid this location for good. :-(

Teach your employees to speak normally, not to be rude, not to be rude, not to break cars, not to knock on private property. The most terrible place where I was, after a long journey, we stopped for an hour to have a snack at 12 o’clock at night and go to the shower, this worker, I’ll attach a photo, was not himself, he was breaking down the car doors with all his might. It seems that this person’s nerves are not all right. He kicked me out and shouted that he couldn’t stand in the parking lot. Why is this parking needed then? I strongly do not recommend this place, the staff is not normal, nervous and out of control.

Gas stations in Oregon just went from full service to allowing customers to pump their own fuel. Pilot is one company that made the transition smoothly I was very impressed on how friendly and stress free they made it pilot is a great gas station!!!
