Found this gem of a door and window company by chance. Mike sorted out my handle set issue, even gave me the part for free with some handy advice. Rick fixed up my screen without pushing for a replacement. Genuine service, no fluff. They've earned my repeat business for sure!

I had Rick come out to repair a door on my master bedroom that would not stay closed. Rick was able to plain the door down and it works great. Rick was a life saver since the person who originally installed it could not figure out what the problem was after 3 attempts.

We called and worked with Mike on buying 7 doors for our home remodel. The experience could not have been better. He helped us with the measurements, walked us through the entire order making sure it was right. The doors came in sooner than expected and were perfect! Great quality, great people.

Wow! Great customer service from a family owned business. I am so impressed that I proudly wear one of their sweatshirts and have had other people approach me to tell me about good experiences they have had with them, even from as far away as Portland. Great customer service and very professional.

Great customer service. Ordered a few doors with Mike he was super helpful, found the oddball size I needed for our Old house. We came in again to order some sliding barn doors, and were helped by Richard. He knew exactly what we needed, and we were able to pickup the same day. We loved the personal customer service from both Richard and Mike, so much better than going to the big box stores. We will definitely come back to order the remaining doors we need from Pacific Door & Sash.

This company is AWESOME! I had an odd shaped window and door combo I was looking for. Rick helped me figure out what I was looking for. Between Rick, Mike and myself we worked together and accomplished exactly what I wanted. I am very happy with the results. Very good customer service. Great Company and service. FANTASTIC RESOURCE! The ol' Boy in there knows more about moldings, doors & windows than most guys will ever learn. Took an out-dated molding in there....praying I might find some....he lead me in the back and we pulled out some dust covered PERFECT MATCHES! AND..he knew the part # off the top of his head! Very impressive place with great, knowledgeable people!

Pacific Door is a great place. I don't always know what I'm looking for and they are patient with getting me the right product at a good price. Way better than shopping at the big box stores.

Ordered a door, it was ready as promised and of great quality. I was very pleased with the transaction and customer service. The door was a simple outside door, so nothing fancy.
