i seldom do reviews, but these folks deserve a medal. broke down on thursday. towed to shop 6pm. they diagnosed and repaired by 2pm friday. "honest, intelligent, caring manager and team. thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!

Katie and Dave are easily the most knowledgeable RV service and repair people that I have met. My 2021 Winnebago 30T Adventurer has not been right since I bought it in Arizona two years ago. After moving to Medford last year, Katie was referred to me. Katie quickly understood why my Ford F53 air conditioner did not work right - now it works great. They also took care of a Ford recall to fix a leaking rear end. I would recommend Oregon Light Truck and RV without reservation. I had a fuel pump on my oNan 5000 generator go out ten minutes before five. They cross referenced and had in stock unlike seven other places in town. And even offered to wait for me to get there to pick it up.

We were under the impression our RV needed brakes but after a quick inspection they said we we still had 60-70% and there was no charge. Everyone was really personable, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this business after multiple visits.

OLT&RV is a very functional organization, and their attention to detail is exemplary. They just replaced our MH's fuel pump; and when it was discovered that the tank was 55gal rather that the standard 35gal, OLT&RV found the matching parts without skipping a beat.Very highly recommended!

Just had a wonderful experience. I have a recently purchased motor home. The batteries for the cabin would not charge. A receipt indicated they were 6 years old. First assumption was the batteries needed to be replaced. KL said they were very expensive. I explained how they had not charged when on shore power for three days. He began to think there was a disconnect somewhere. I left thinking it was going to be expensive. I returned to find that they located some loose wires and soldered them. Another place might have replaced the batteries first and then spent time looking for the problem. The bill was far below what I was expecting. I really appreciated their investigative approach.
