Jason and Ashley have been servicing and repairing our RV for 9 years and we are super happy with their prices and quality of work. We will never go anywhere else for repairs. 10 stars in my opinion.

Called on January 4th 2023 around 3pm and spoke with Jason. My husband explained to Mr. Jason that we were packing up our motorhome and getting ready to AZ. Told him the issue we were having with our slide not retracting. Jason said “let me stop you right there, I can’t make any money telling you how to fix your motorhome over the phone”! In disbelief, my husband said excuse me? You won’t help me trouble shoot? Because if I can’t get it going it would be your shop I’d have fix it. Mr. Jason said in a condescending tone, “No”. My husband said ok sorry to bother you with my business.We then called Chunky Monkey Mobile RV Repair. They weren’t able to help us over the phone and we are now approaching closing time. They asked where we are located and said I will meet you there in 10 minute. Sure enough we see their company van pull up behind the motorhome as I’m loading it. Super friendly, identifies the issue within 15 minutes and had us on our way. So Grateful for Chunky Monkey Mobile RV Repair. So glad our money went to them. We will be customers for life with them!I’m a General Manager for Hilton and I get asked more often than you’d think for Motorhome and Trailer repair companies so I will recommend this company with full faith that my guests will be taken care of just as my husband and I were. If I were the owner of “Mike’s”, I’d reconsider Jason as an employee. Instantly lost revenue and who knows about past customers that were treated the same way.

After first hand RV searching through a ridiculous amount of dealerships between LA and almost Washington, about 48 hours of actual travel time we found an RV here to check out. Honestly with as insanely shady and vastly overpriced every other dealership we had been to up to this point we were about to give up the search. Went over here with very low expectations and betting that it would be ANOTHER bust just as everywhere else had been. So our surprise we were COMPLETELY wrong, not only were their coaches priced fairly they were also in very good condition! The owner of the business was very honest in pointing out the minor imperfections it had and being completely straightforward about it all. We settled on a price and made it safely home at the end of this 14 hour driving day in the new RV. If you're looking for an RV, camp trailer, or similar give this place a shot! They'll give you a great product and a good price!

I am attempting to install a Dometic refrigerator with Mike's RV however it didn't show up 3 separate times and I didn't receive the call from Jason the next day. I didn't want to attempt a 4th time. So I set the installation up with another company who I already had an appointment with.. meanwhile the refrigerator came in at Mike's and if I don't get it installed from Jason, he is stuck with it because he skipped the deposit..I thought I was getting the run around. Let's see if I can back out if the new installation and go with Mike's. I don't want him to eat the fridge, so I will try to make it happen...stay tuned

My husband and I had a lot of damage done to our trailer. We were in a bind and needed the repairs right away. After explaining this to Jason at Mike's RV, he told us to bring it in. I know I must have been a royal pain calling for updates all the time but the people at Mike's never treated me with anything but compassion and respect. They fixed my trailer and even installed a table much more beautiful than the one I originally had. They met my deadline to get it done and they didn't have to. We are so pleased with the service we received at Mike's Rv. Thank you all so much! We WILL be back.

He is not the most sociable fella, but his pricing is very fair, he does a good job of explaining himself to new trailer buyers, and because of my original experience, I use him first before any other RV businesses. We bought our first RV from him and have zero regrets.
