My dad and I were picking up some horizontal cement siding for a project and we had the privilege of meeting Antonio. The guy went way above and beyond. He knows the specifics of the product he has in the yard making the experience much more efficient. Thanks for making the process of buying and loading material enjoyable. Great job Antonio.

I have done business with these guys for over 2 decades. I can call and get what I need for my jobs right now, or within a day or two if special order. Sometimes I can pick up from the wholesaler same day needs. They have a great staff and excellent bookkeeper (BECKY) we are more like family now after all these years. Keith (front counter) and I went to Hoover School as kids over 40 years ago!! The yard can be VERY congested with deliveries and forklifts and contractors picking up all their supplies. I wouldn't change a thing. AWESOME people and GREAT prices...BUT most of all the OWNER DENNIS has a heart of GOLD and they give so much to the community year after year. I have been on the receiving end of their donations as a volunteer installing the things they donated in the community (Eagle Point Football stadium, Ethan Jostad baseball field) excellent people.

This place is AWESOME!!! Great staff and nice commercials. All the haters out there that would rather see Nancy Pelosi sell lumber on TV should probably shop in the Bay area. If you see something wrong with this company's TV ad, GROW UP!!! This is not 1920. Keep up the good work guys and DON'T CHANGE A THING!!!

Just watched their atrociously sexist commercial during yesterday's Super Bowl. As a woman who grew up in the construction world and can swing a hammer just as good as the boys, I am angered and disappointed to see the sexism so strong in this business. Based on their values and belief alone that this is what they think good business looks like, I will never shop here and will be sure to spread the message to all my construction friends. Hughes Lumbar, you get a big fat ZERO for stooping so low. Be better guys...

As a local contractor I have acquired product with Hughes many times. They’ve always been very professional, fast, and well priced. Plus any company putting ads out that make woke liberals cry has my business!!! ??????

just watching the World Series and the MOST sexist ad I have seen in years was broadcast from Hughes - A woman with skin tight jeans wandering down the aisles of the Hughes Lumber retail store with her butt wiggling - I cannot believe this company had the "balls" to put this ad together
