My husband and I will NEVER go back to them again to do our taxes! Nanelle messed up our taxes so bad. She forgot to add an important document for one of our tax credits. Because she was too busy complaining about her life and the homeless camp in Medford. When the system errored on the screen my husband mentioned it and she said, “it does that all the time.” Well come to find out it was a warning that she should have paid attention to. Because she submitted them, then the IRS kicked them back. So she resubmitted it the next day which she shouldn’t have, per the IRS. Because that made it all worse and kicked it into a whole other area with the IRS for review. Now here we are waiting 3 months and still nothing. But it gets better we still have to wait another month before we can even call and hopefully get an update from the IRS. Needless to say I will never go back to her EVER again. When we called to complain to the manager we were told “Sorry there is nothing we can do.” But they were sorry! Sorry doesn’t do anything! She messed up our taxes and now we have to deal with the headache! They didn’t offer to refund us the almost $500 that we paid for her to mess up our taxes. I usually do not leave bad reviews but I’m sorry when you go to a place like HR block you expect them to do your taxes correctly hence the reason I was ok paying that much money. Because I figured they were going to be done right. Well evidently I was wrong!
