This location has the largest selection of pet supplies. Items include pet harnesses, leashes, toys, brushes, shampoos, travel accessories, and food. Much better than the other locations.

The Medford and White City Grange locations are absolutely atrocious, all of their house plants are infected with thrips and have been for weeks despite me expressing my concerns and even showing them the plants that were infected that have infected now every single plant that they have. The lack of care, and dismissal of these concerns is what Will keep me me from ever going there again. anyone who purchases their house plants at either the White City or Medford location, be aware that trips will destroy your entire collection, and the staff do not care.

we went to buy a bale of hay. the price jumped up considerably and the cashier blamed it on nobody wants to work. coastal sells them for half the price and didn't convey that attitude to the customer. I am in the hunt for a job but have come to associate that attitude with a toxic environment

I had the best customer service ever, from Brian Cox! I had a faulty handle installation on my RV tanks, done by RV repair shop.. go figure. Brian found the correct screws to use, and even came out to RV to take care of the problem. Now, that’s going ‘above and beyond’! You are awesome Brian!
