I called him at 7:30am on my way to work because I got a small crack on my windshield (picture below) and he came out to my work by 9am same day like he said he would. Super easy and convenient. Hopefully the crack doesn’t spread, but I’m really happy and thankful. Haven’t taken an after photo yet but it looks much better.Service: Auto windshield repair

This guy happened to be available days before any other local glass service, when my car was broken in to. That should have been my first cue to avoid avoid! Long story short, he charged me more than my insurance deductible, never put back two parts of my door after finishing, left the stickers on the window, left all the shattered glass on my floor and back seat, and scratched the inside of my door all to hell. No one sits in the back seat, I've only had it a few months, and it did NOT look like that before. My daughter and I had to sit in the cold outside for 3 hours. It's at his house, not an actual business. AVOID! BEWARE! WAIT FOR ACTUAL PROFESSIONALS! HE IS 100% A SCAM ARTIST AND NOT A PROFESSIONAL!I have a call in to my insurance agency to see if there's anything I can do. I don't trust asking this scum bag to fix his sloppy work.

Excellent Work, he came out to us in Eagle Point! He was the most affordable for a New Windshield and even upgraded our glass. Will definitely use him again! A+

You cannot find more accommodating and professional than Tim. I had to work long distance since I was in California and he's in Oregon. I had so many questions, and I was on a budget, and Tim was so patient with me. Today he finished installing the last window and couldn't be happier. I must say my views through the windows look so much nicer! Super pleasant to be around. I highly reccomend them.

Tim Smith was recommended to me. I asked Progressive to use him. They faxed him the details, with a followup call, he showed up to get the glass ID on my RV, his specialty. I called him in 3 days for an update, he said the glass would arrive and he could put it in on Friday. Tim never showed, never responded to my phone calls, nor did he respond to calls from Progressive, he just flaked out on both of us. Progressive told me this often happens with mobile businesses. I waited an extra 3 days, 9 in total, and no contact. Wasted 9 days while I was traveling.

Do not hire this a** hole. Work looked good when he left. But i found glass all over my drive way. Shower door he installed leaked and caused damage. Piss poor work.
