“I ordered an arrangement for a client who let me know that it was really beautiful and outstanding. Ordering was efficient, delivery was made the following afternoon and I appreciated that upon delivery I was contacted about the recipient not being home and what I preferred in that instance. My client arrived shortly after delivery so it worked out well. Absolutely I would enlist the services of this florist again! Thank you!”

“Sunday, May 27th I tried to send Flowers to Family in Central Point, Oregon. Most ads I found had same day and next day service but I could get not one florist of any kind to do next day delivery or same-day delivery. Their ads said they could but Ava‘s Flowers was the worst offender. They were rude and did not care That I would post that they did not keep their word and refused to send flowers even though it was guaranteed same day delivery. Shame on them !!!
“HEAVEN SCENT” was not only willing to do it, But Kristen agreed and was kind and very willing to make sure I was happy. Post Covid is a nightmare with regards to customer service. I’m so glad to see a company care about their customers both new and old. GOOD JOB HEAVEN SCENT flowers! Nice name too!”
