Got a failed delivery attempt notification saying nobody was home. I have cameras in my driveway pointed towards the street in addition to all entrances of my home. Guess what? No Fed Ex truck ever even drove by my house, nobody magically appeared at my doors, AND I work from home, so actually was home, and so were my husband and kids! I do not appreciate lazy delivery drivers or liars. Very disgusted!

Had an electric motorcycle dropped off today, my husband wasn't here to help get it into the house. The fed ex guy was so wonderful, he helped me get it up the stairs and into the house. It was also a tricky drop off as we live in a pretty busy street. He rocked it. Real nice and professional.

I have enjoyed working with Michael Angelo as my FedEx driver, he has a uplifting attitude and can always put a smile on my face. He does not complain when I more packages to be picked up then what I scheduled or when he comes in just for a pick up. He is one of the best drivers that I have. I know that I do not say it enough but Thank you and You do a good job,

We have Michael Angelo come to my place of employment and several times he has gone above and beyond. He has given me his cell number to get a hold of him for pickups if a package that needs to go out that hasn't been picked up. Always upbeat and a smile. Keep up the great customer service!!!
