My package was at the center for 2 days, they were not delivering it! First lady wouldn't let me come pick it up. Thankfully I called the next day an a nice gentleman brought it to my car. Make sure your delivery directions are clear

DO not use this company! Chris Miller is the mgr and he and the driver refused to finish delivering our freight. Had wrong truck with bald tires. We were stuck on the road with a car and a package that would not fit in the car. Horrible customer service.

We were looking for the FedEx shipping to send a package back to Walmart. Walmart gave us a QR code. Every FedEx shipping center that we went to said they don't take the QR code including all green and also even a place that ships regular packages. So we found this place and they said no. This is for big companies doing big shipping but they were so nice and they wrote down directions for us to go to the only FedEx within hundreds of miles that takes packages for normal people on Biddle road and we found it. We didn't even use their service but their customer service was excellent.
