No delivery. No communication. I had to chase pkg down. Now at 5 days after delivery date. No pkg yet. Why would anyone use fedex or UPS if it is not a large commercial bldg.? Address is correct per their site.

My packages are consistently delayed. There’s never clear information as to why, or when they will be delivered. It’s hard to reach a human that can provide customer service, and then they are ill-informed. Kind people, and probably understaffed, but the business model is flawed. Support USPS! And unionize FedEx!

Said my package would be here today (Tuesday September 22nd) now it says no pending delivery date. This is bull. Package was supposed to be here Sunday. I bet they lost it or kept it.
