Had a unit there way longer than I should have. The unit I have had there forever is safe dry and I never worry about it the owners are trustworthy and do a fine job of taking care of the place. I have had a break in to my trailer but it was not caught on camera. We lost quite a bit, my fault for trusting that people would keep their dirty hands off others things. If I have a problem with the bill or anything else they are quick to fix it. I highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for something other than the monopoly that is forming in the valley.

Have a security camera on property but the staff do not let you know if your tarp covering your RV has blown off. I checked after a week of rain and it was uncovered. Would be nicer if they give a heads up if tarp blew off. Cat got inside my motorhome. Going to have to scrap instead of fix the RV. Too much rain got in. ?

A very nice family owns this business and they do a wonderful job! The prices are great, there is wifi and 24 hour security with a code locked gate. There is a porta potty on site that is well maintained.
