I recently purchased a new to me 2015 dodge ram with low miles and in great shape. My car buying process was made very easy, I got a fast reply anytime i reached out, fast approval, exceptional customer service, not pushy at all very personable ?. I made the drive down from Roseburg and I would recommend all my friends and family and anyone else looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you guys for everything.

No fuss car buying! I have bought 2 cars from here & both experiences were easy, quick, and drama free. They complete the paperwork as fast as I can go to the bank for the money! Will continue to come here repeatedly before I would ever go back to a big box car lot. Thx for being you guys!

Although I wasn't able to get a loan at the time I was there, he was generous with his knowledge of how to repair my credit and I Will return as soon as I get the numbers in order. Extremely kind and helpful!!!

At first, the customer service seemed really great and I could tell the gentleman who was helping me out really cared about helping me find a good car. When things switched over to the manager though, I was extremely disappointed. Not only was he very patronizing towards me, but within the first week, the car he sold me came up with the check engine light and a few other alerts.
When I took it back to their auto shop (per their advice/request) they claimed to have fixed my catalytic converter for free, which is a $1400 value. I thought this was very kind of them, until my check engine light came on a month later. I took it to another shop who told me that the catalytic converter hadn't been fixed OR replaced, like they said. Now I need to pay $1400 for repairs when the car itself cost $5000. Given their deception, this place feels like a scam. I am so disappointed with their service and will not be coming back.
EDIT since I'm not sure how to reply: Yes, I'm positive it was this place. I bought this car under my married name (Oakden) on 8/27/22. Del was great with customer service.

This is by far the best used car dealership in Oregon. Everything is extensively gone through by extremely qualified mechanics before they put any vehicle on the lot for sale. All prices are below private party Kelly Blue Book value, and Gary is one of the nicest people ive ever met. I know several people who have bought vehicles from here and i have never heard one single negative thing about any aspect of this place. If you go in, talk to Gary and tell him Jason his stereo guy sent you. ?

While checking the availability of a car as a first time car buyer, I get told that I'm not qualified to start a payment plan with them.The car costs 5,975 TOTAL. I can literally pay that off within 6-12 months.
