Worst customer service I have ever had let alone at a bank. If I wasn't a lifelong customer since before WaMu I would pull all my cash out today and walk across the street to anybody else.

I opened a account 15 years ago through them, they have always been AMAZING, after dealing with the Grants Pass location, I came to appreciate how amazing they truely are. The staff has always been wonderful to me, and treated me like I was important, and always took care of our needs. They should Fire the Grants Pass locations manager, and have the Manager here in Central point run both and double their salary. I always say it to everyone I know, but after moving to GP and dealing with that location, I must say, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! EVERYONE GO TO CENTRAL POINT CHASE! Portland branches were also amazing the whole time I lived up there also, thank you all.PS if you have customers that dont value you, send them to Grants Pass, that location is so terrible, so disrespectful, so unprofessional, when they return to you they will worship you as I do!!!

Outside ATM good for handicap. Easy parking. Friendly staff, knowledgeable. No safe deposit boxes at any Chase locations.

Beware, for the biggest bank, they are the worst. The branch has not answered their phones for years and forces you to talk to only the Phillipines. If you don't like what goes on with the miscommunications and errors with the Phillipines, they call you racist and block your card? Chase is now declining payments, even if you answer your phone and select "yes, I made that payment." Extremely rude and unprofessional. I would go ANYWHERE else. You'll be glad you did. As a PR professional, they are going to loose a lot of people. I took my money out.

If you ever have to call customer support, it is miserable. Long wait, told I have to be transferred, then get disconnected. Twice in a row.

The staff at this branch is awesome! John helped me with the kindest customer service I have ever received at a Chase and I travel throughout the country. The only derogatory thing I would say is that the Chase ba ks in Oregon treat their employees like slaves forcing them to stand their entire shift without the be exit of ergonomics. They have to look down at outdated screens that don't adjust to height. Get with the times Chase. I imagine that their Oregon employees have a lot of missed time due to pain from back, neck and varicose vein issues. I had a lot to do and I was hurting myself from just standing there on their hard flooring. It made me feel really sorry for there staff. I have never seen a bank enforce this sub-human behavior since the 80s! Please Chase, do not be about your bottom line so much that you won't purchase mere stools for your teller. Golly! Cheapskates!

The Chase Bank branch in Central Point is a good place to do business. They are very conveniently located, out front on the main Street there in central point. The ATMs are always good to go, up and running. And the staff is courteous and helpful. Next time you're in the area, and need some banking or cash, stop on by!

Went to the Central Point Branch to cash a check that was issued to me from one of there clients when this ankle biter intercepted me to ask questions. He proceeded to tell me the check I wanted to cash was $500 over their limit of cashing checks for non customers and that I could deposit into my own bank and wait days for the money to be available. I proceeded to tell him the check was issued by Chase's customer and I was not interested in finding out days later that the check was good. I went out of my way to come into the Central Point branch and collect my money. He proceeded to tell me it was Chase's policy and I was out of luck. Instead of making a scene I decided to leave and drove clear across town to a different branch where there did not seem to be a problem cashing the check.I would like to say thank you to the Center drive branch :-)When a bank refuses to issue your money to you it is time to stop using that bank.

I have been using Chase Bank 8 years. Compared to all the other banks I have used over several decades, I can say that I have never been as satisfied with banking. I currently have a total of 14 separate personal, business and mortgage accounts with Chase. My local branch in Central Point, even though it is just one of many Chase Bank locations, is reminiscent of days when the bank was locally owned and family minded and everyone knew your name. Chase Bank is straight forward, sensible, customer-minded in its policies and decision making and fair in its banking practices.
