First and last time! I took my 7 week old puppy in because my tiny yorkie puppy was constipated, lethargic & in pain. I didn't have an appt or cash on hand and it was Labor day. The vet there was too busy to even take a 30 second look at him! I did what I could, all the things Dr Google advised in Lieu of a walk-in vet but it wasn't enough & my beautiful puppy died in the wee hours of the morning last night. If I could give minus 5 stars, I would!

Dr M is the worst vet I have ever met! I have had a very bad experience with him! I took my cat because it was sick, he didn't even ask me what my cat had, he just told me to fill out a sheet of paper describing what was wrong with my cat, he was rude, I told him if you don't give us professional treatment we will leave , he just ignored me and didn't care, sometimes cheap is expensive! I don't recommend him to anyone, Dr M the worst in the valley!

I had my cat spayed and he did an excellent job. kind caring and thorough. They got her in right away.

I have been going to this Vet for around 18 years. I have had 2 dogs and about 14 cats spayed or neutered there. All went well and his prices are very reasonable. He is very old schooled as in no computer or debit/credit card machine. All pet info is kept in folders and he only accepts cash or check for payment, and you are basically his assistant when you bring in your pet. (limited pay options and being the assistant are the only things I'm not really thrilled about) He takes the time to explain things and is more than willing to try things the less expensive route first before suggesting a bunch of expensive tests. I have no complaints about the care my pets have received with him. He is direct and to the point which some may take as rudeness but I have no problem with it. I will continue taking my pets to this clinic for as long as he is in business. And I really like the fact that he is open for 2 hours on Saturday so I can get shots and check-ups done then and not have to schedule around work.

Very unprofessional workplace. Bad experience with owner and, I received no paperwork or documentation of procedure I got for my cat. Do not take your pets here for price convenience, the risk is too high.

I love this veterinarian. People misunderstand him. They are too sensitive I think. I over heard him at the desk with another costumer and she forgot her card, he trusted her to go home and come back to pay. He even offered her to sweep the floors instead ? he has a dry sense of humor but is straight to the point and honest. He doesn’t jerk you around and up charge you for a million things. Though he is old schools and it is more of a standard vet clinic. If there is a major emergency where you need X-rays and all that goes along with scary happenings, then the ER is the place to take your pet. But as an everyday vet, he’s the best. He’s like your PCP but if you have an emergency you go to the ER ?

He is amazing! A bit hard to communicate with at times, but it's his old school manner and I love that. Only vet I've used in the 8 yrs here! Our pup is being neutered on Thurs and I'm excited for his great care and amazing prices! If anyone has seen Dr.Pol on TV that's how I compare him!! Very awesome!!

This veterinary is a great vet. He did a good job with my ferro cat's and was able to get me in fast and cheaper than anybody in town. I sat for 2 days at another vet on a waiting list and didn't get anything done. The office was very clean and the aftercare was amazing. He takes the time to really care for the animals. I won't go anywhere else. I would suggest and recommend him to anybody. He is there for the care and love of the animals.

Dog got out, vet didn't report it to the owners until they came to pick her up. Vet refused to refund or even help look for the dog. Rude.
