I ordered boxes of tile that should have been delivered on Monday On Friday afternoon I called to find out why it wasn't being delivered . They said it would be another week because they dint have the tile moved off the loading dock.The person I spoke with did not care.

Wish zero was an option. The terminal in my area is unreliable, doesn't answer their phone. I get assigned to CTII by Amazon and always go through very difficult process to get a load retendered because they have no liftgate and they say they do. That is called bold-faced lying. I've called their corporate offices and was hung up on 4 times, just trying to reach someone. This has been going on for years. CTII has never picked up a load. One corporate person said the terminal had closed and another opened just last week. That did not happen as later told to me by a supervisor. It appears the sendca liftgate to the area every 3 weeks or so. Then they show up to pick up a load scheduled for weeks earlier, which was retendered by Amazon 3 weeks earlier. Then they filed a report my load wasn't ready! Absolutely no proactive communication with them. Local office does not answer phone or respond to voice mail.

They 2 miles away from are shop .. had 10 grand worth of items on 1 pallet took week to get there now been there 2 weeks. Went to terminal. And no one thr . They are the worst ever stay away . F them. Losers are items are still there abd we're supo call us to do thr job and pickup. Still no call. .very sad. Thy won't last very long g I hope anyway

They keep telling Amazon they have a liftgate in my area for inbound shipments. Then I wait for days and no one shows up. But worst, is they lie over and over and over that the liftgate is in for repair.....when they simply don't have one. Why can they not take their name off the list for liftgates.

This terminal did not unload our shipment for almost 3 weeks and would not allow the consignee to come pick up the shipment even after will-call had been processed. Very disappointing customer service and communication. We will not be using Central Transport in the future.

I've been waiting 2 months for a transmission shipped from Texas to Medford, supposedly it arrived at the Central Point yard and its been there for one month. Drove to the yard which is 5 miles from my shop, couldn't find anyone to talk to, no much visible action. Tried to pick it up, but seem to be a communication issue between the yard and dispatch. Don't know when Ill get my freight. getting close to canceling my order with supplier and let them deal with it.UPDATE: Drove to the Yard with the waybill , found they had lost most of there local staff, they are finally getting back up to normal. A very nice gentleman ,Jared found my freight and loaded it on my truck and all is good.

First shipment takes 3 weeks to travel 340 miles go’s on a 1500 mile round trip And is destroyed really no big shock.2 shipment has now been on the road going on 2 weeks to travel 340 miles . The company basically just high Jacks you’re stuff and just holds it until they feel like delivering it . This is totally insane . Any other LTL company, it’s a overnight delivery.OH one more thing the guy at the bottom of this review page that gave the 5 star review definitely works for the company He gave 5 stars to all the west coast terminals and has the company owner thanking him , it’s a smoke and mirrors show.

These guys are a bunch of clowns. The only thing they know how to do is take your money. They don't deliver and they don't answer the phone.

Worst transport company ever. Businesses should not use this company. They will pick up your product to ship it, but take it back to their depot and hold it for as long as they want. I have been waiting on a couple skids for a MONTH. That is beyond ridiculous. They refuse to communicate. They tell my vendor that they will ship out in the next day or two. When that doesn't happen they say again a day or two....Well it has been over two weeks since the date they said for sure they would be here. In my opinion that is called theft. They were given a product to ship and they have held on to it for a month and not done their job.

From AZ. to Medford, for some reason it's in Tacoma. Been sitting there since 8/5/21, I've been given multiple bogus delivery dates, Now I hear they have no idea when it will arrive.

Horrible service. Picked up a load on 7/22/21 and has not delivered as of today 08/25/21. Asked for "will call" and now they don't even answer if we can pick up. Loosing customers because of their poor service and communication. NEVER AGAIN!
