“I’m really not a car person whatsoever and if I have a vehicle issue I just have someone else fix it, so I’ve only ever been to an O’Reilly’s twice. The first time was years ago at a Medford location and the employee helped me pick the right windshield wipers for my car then came out and installed them for me in a few minutes. Yesterday I had a car emergency that happened to be right next to this Central Point O’Reilly’s. Adam completely saved the day and was super kind, which is equally important to me. Really great that this business makes the effort to hire knowledgeable and nice employees.”

Yes, you can find parts like these online for less money sometimes. But I've found Better to keep my money local. It's easier to do returns and I get to enjoy talking with the people there.
They're always friendly and nice.
Some of them know exactly what they're talking about. And some of them are in training and sometimes people don't understand these days that we are trying to train people that are just not very smart.........
