I have stored there for a long time with no problem, and have known many others who have had no problem. Reasonably priced and work with people if they get in an occasional tight spot. Short hours but open seven days. New manager is really on top of things!.

Just had our locker broken into and had all our belongings stolen, they state they have 24 hour security BUT their system has been down for awhile according to an employee and they did not seem to let their customers know that a past employee was breaking Into lockers- this was not reported to police either. I had to file a report. Also they didn’t report the break in that just recently happened and I’m not even sure when my locker was broken actually broken into when they said it happened seeing that they open in the morning but did not let me know until later in the afternoon that my locker was broken into. Oh and I guess their main gate was cut but they didn’t report that either. Be aware- they either steal your stuff OR they are just not a professional and safe & protected storage facility.

If you're considering renting a storage unit I would highly recommend not doing one here the first day I started moving my stuff in I had things stolen from me as I was moving my things into my storage locker. I filed a police report and they said that it happens all the time at the storage facility, so much that they didn't bother with any of the details around my case. A week later every camper and motorhome that was in the storage unit was broken into, they've cut holes in the fence so often that the maintenance guy didn't raise an eyebrow to the problem. Quote "Why repair it, it's going to happen again and again. This way the fence is saved from another repair. The sad truth is the owner of this storage facility owns 100 of them and the last thing he is going to do is pay to make this place a safe place to store your belongings. He isn't liable for any of it, he is like a slum Lord or the equivalent of a slum lord in the storage unit industry. His last name is Reeder, do yourself a favor and check out who owns the unit that your valuables are stored at. If this guy owns it your not safely storing your valuables.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible company and scammers, I was a great customer and paid rent on time. When I decided to move out 2 weeks into the month that I had already paid in full they guaranteed me my prorated rent (around $100) I have been calling them since November and they kept saying it would be sent in the mail or signed by their owner and given to me. But that never happened. I called today and they are now saying they don't give out prorated rent checks? They scam you and the property where the units are don't even have security or a gate. DONT COME HERE
